Լայն, թե փոքր, մաշկի ծակոտիները հանդես են գալիս որպես «դարպաս»՝ մարմնից տոքսինների դուրս գալու համար։ Դեմքի մաշկի լայնացած ծակոտիները կոսմետիկ խնդիր է ինչպես կանանց այնպես էլ տղամարդկանց համար, քանի որ այն տեսանելի է և ոչ հաճելի։
Մի քանի գործոններ ազդում եմ մաշկի ծակոտիների լայնացման վրա, ինչպիսիք են յուղոտ մաշկը, տարիքը և գենետիկան։ Մաշկի ծակոտիների չափերից կախված՝ այն հեշտությամբ կարող է խցանվել կեղտի և յուղի պատճառով, ինչը նրանց դարձնոում է առավել լայնացած և առաջացնում է բորբոքային պրոցեսներ։
Մաշկի սև կետերը սովորաբար չեն հանդիասանում մաշկի ծակոտիների լայնացման պատճառ։ Տարիքի հետ միասին կոլագենի և էլաստինի արտադրության անկումը ևս մաշկի ծակոտիները դարձնում է առավել տեսանելի։
Իսկ ինչպե՞ս կանխել մաշկի ծակոտիների լայնացումը։ Գենետիկան փոխել հնարավոր չէ, սա հաստատ, սակայն հնարավոր է փոքրացնել և նվազագույնի հասցնել լայնացած ծակոտիների տեսանելիությունը։
Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է դեմքի մաշկի ճիշտ և պատշաճ հիգիենա։ Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ երբեք չպետք է գնալ քնելու՝ առանց դիմահարդարումը մաքրելու։ Հաջորդ, որ պետք է հաշվի առնել, բնական դիմակներն են, որոնք իսկապես օգտակար են և ձգում են մաշկը՝ այսպիսով փոքրացնելով լայնացած ծակոտիները։

Դեմքի մաշկի լայնացած ծակոտիների դեմ լավագույն դիմակը ձվի սպիտակուցով պատրաստվածն է։ Ձուն հարուստ է սպիտակուցներով և սնուցող նյութերով, որոնք ոչ միայն ձգում են մաշկը, այլ նաև սնուցում են այն։
Դիմակի պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ է 1 ձվի սպիտակուց և մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ։ Ձվի սպիտակուցը լավ հարել՝ մինչև պնդանա, այնուհետ ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութը, կրկին հարել և դիմակն արդեն պատրաստ է։
Քսել այն մաքուր մաշկին, պահել 15 րոպե, որի ընթացքում կզգաք, թե ինչպես է ձգվում մաշկը։ Լվացվել գոլ ջրով։
Կատարել այլ դիմակը շաբաթը 1 անգամ՝ օպտիմալ արդյունքների համար։
