Համաշխարհային բանկն այս տարի ՀՀ ՀՆԱ-ի 2.5 % աճ է կանխատեսում

Կանխատեսվում է, որ 2016թ.-ին Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճը կշարունակի մնալ դանդաղ, 2,5%-ի սահմաններում՝ պայմանավորված Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական անկմամբ և կառուցվածքային թուլություններով։ «Արտաքին պայմաններիվատթարացման, մասնավորապես՝ Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական անկման համատեքստում, ՀՆԱ աճը 2015թ. դանդաղել է մինչև 3%»,-  նշվել է Համաշխարհային բանկի «Հայաստան. ամենամսյա տնտեսական տեղեկագր»-ում։

Ըստ այդ աղբյուրի՝ ՀՀ բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը (ՀՆԱ-ի 4%) ֆինանսավորվել է հիմնականում արտաքին պարտքի միջոցով: 2016թ. ծախսերի կառուցվածքում փոփոխությունները պայմանավորվել  են տնտեսական հատվածին սուբսիդիաների տեսքով տրվող հատկացումների ավելացմամբ: Տարվա սկզբին Կենտրոնական բանկը 10,25%-ից նվազեցրել է վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 2015թ. բանկային հատվածը կայունություն է պահպանել, սակայն ընդհանուր վարկավորման ծավալները նվազել են 3,1%-ով: Ընթացիկ հաշիվը բարելավվել է՝ պայմանավորված ներմուծման ծավալների կտրուկ անկմամբ: Չնայած դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանումների և Ռուսաստանից ստացվող դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալների կրճատմանը՝ աճն ակնկալվածից ավելին էր՝ պայմանավորված մեկանգամյա այնպիսի գործոնների ազդեցությամբ, ինչպիսիք էին բերքառատ գյուղատնտեսական տարին ու նոր պղնձահանքի գործարկումը:

ՀԲ փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ տնտեսական ակտիվության գործակիցը արտահանելի ոլորտների շնորհիվ 2016թ. հունվարին բարձրացել է մինչև 5,5% (նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ): Նրանք տնտեսական գործունեության հարաբերական բարձրացումը, այդ թվում՝ գյուղատնտեսական արտահանումների ընդլայնումը, բացատրել են 2015թ. հունվարը որպես ելակետ կիրառելու փաստով. այն կպահպանվի դեռևս մի քանի ամիս՝ մինչ կանխատեսումներում կկատարվեն ճշգրտումներ:
