Ադրբեջանը սահմանային իրավիճակը լարում է սեփական ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար. Դավիթ Բաբայան

Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարբերական խախտումները և վերջին շրջանում սահմանագծում իրավիճակի սրմանն ուղղված գործողությունները պայմանավորված չեն որևէ ռազմավարությամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այդ մասին նշեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը` ավելացնելով, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նման գործելաոճով առաջին հերթին փորձում են սեփկան ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը շեղել ներքին տնտեսական վատ վիճակից:
«Տնտեսական լուրջ խնդիրների հետևանքով վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցան նույնիսկ ներքին բախումներ: Այս վիճակն ապացուցում է, որ Ադրբեջանի` վերջին տարիների ընթացքում արձանագրվող տնտեսական աճը պարզապես «փուչիկ» էր: Սահմաններում իրավիճակի լարմամբ Ադրբեջանն ապացուցում է դասական ահաբեկչական պետություն լինելու փաստը և իր ապակառուցողականությունը: Բացի այդ, հակառորդը նման գործողություններով փորձում է իր մաղձը դուրս բերել միջազգային ասպարեզում արձանագրած պարտություններից, այդ թվում` ԵԽԽՎ-ում, երբ չընդունվեց բրտանացի Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի` «Բռնությունների աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի այլ օկուպացված տարածքներում» զեկույցը»,- ասաց Բաբայանը` հիեցնելով նաև, որ մի քանի օր առաջ ԱՄՆ Ջորջիա նահանգի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատն ընդունել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչող 1580 բանաձևը:
Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների` տարածաշրջան հնարավոր այցի մասին հարցին` Բաբայանն ասաց, որ մոտ ժամանակներս նման այց չի սպասվում:
Հանգստյան օրերին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հակառակորդը, տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից, հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ արձակել է ավելի քան 1200 կրակոց: Բացի վերոնշյալից, շփման գծի հարավային ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը կիրառել է 60 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (2 արկ): Պաշտպանության բանակի առաջապահ զորամասերը հիմնականում ձեռնպահ են մնացել պատասխան գործողություններից և անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկել առաջնագծի ողջ երկայնքով մարտական դիրքերի պահպանությունը հուսալիորեն կազմակերպելու համար:
