Ստեփանակերտի մշակույթի և երիտասարդության պալատում ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարար, Պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանի նախագահությամբ մարտի 7-ին տեղի է ունեցել ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ՝ նվիրված մարտական հերթապահության կազմակերպման և կրման, դիտարկման համակարգի, ինժենրական արգելափակոցների և ամրաշինական կառույցների վիճակին ու դրանց կատարելագործման ուղիներին: Նիստին ներկա էին բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալները, շտաբի բաժինների  և ծառայությունների պետերը, միավորումների, զորամասերի ու գումարտակների հրամանատարությունը, մարտական հերթապահությանն առնչություն ունեցող սպայակազմի և զինկոմիսարիատների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից, օրվա աշխատակարգը ներկայացնելուց հետո բանակի հրամանատարը  հանդես է եկել ներածական խոսքով, որում կարևորելով օրակարգային թեմաները, նաև անդրադարձ է կատարել տարածաշրջանային և աշխարհաքաղաքական իրադրությանը, նախանշել ոլորտի հետագա զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունները:

Այնուհետև օրակարգային թեմայի շուրջ ելույթներով ու զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալները, միավորումների և զորամասերի հրամանատարները, շտաբի համապատասխան բաժինների ու ծառայությունների պետերը:

Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ի մի բերելով ռազմական խորհրդի ընթացքում հնչած զեկույցների, ելույթների և քննարկումների արդյունքները, մարտական հերթապահությանն անմիջականորեն ներգրավված սպայակազմի առաջարկությունները, Արցախի Հանրապետության ռազմական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է կատարված առաջարկություններն ու դրանցից բխող հետևություններն ընդունել ի գիտություն և առաջնորդվել մարտական հերթապահության կազմակերպման և կրման ընթացքում:
