Կրեմի համար՝ կարագ 250գր եփած խտացրած կաթ 2 բանկա.
Lավ խառնել կակաոն և շաքարավազը, ավելացնել ձուն և խառնել մինչև զանգվածի միատարր դառնալը: Հալեցնել կարագը, թողնել թեթևակի հովանա և լցնել շոլոլադե զանգվածի վրա, խառնել: Ավելացնել վանիլինը, կեֆիրը (ծայրահեղ դեպքում կարելի է փոխարինել մածունով), 1ճ/գդ քացախի մեջ հանգեցրած սոդան և խառնել զանգվածը: Այնուհետև մաս առ մաս ավելացնել այուրը և խառնել մինչև միատարր զանգվածի առաջանալը: Պետք է ստացվի թթվասերի աստիճանի պինդ խմոր, ուստի ալյուրի քանակությունը կարելի է ավելացնել կամ պակասեցնել նշված չափից:
Ձևամանը (մոտ 20սմ տրամագծով) պատել բուսայուղով, ապա փռել պերգամենտային թուղթը և լցնել խմորի կեսը: Թխել ջեռոցում 35-45րոպե 180աստիճանում: Նույն կերպ թխել երկրորդ բիսկվիթը:
Պատրաստի բիսկվիթները թողնել սառչեն, ապա բաժանել 2 շերտի: Ստացված 4շերտերից 1 հատը հարկավոր է փշրել, որպեսզի դրանով հետագայում պատեք տորթը: Սակայն, փշրանքի համար կարող եք կտրել բիսկվիթի շերտերի կողքի չորացած մասերը, փշրել դրանք և պատել տորթը՝ ստանալով այդ դեպքում 4 շերտով տորթ: Բիսկվիթի ամեն շերտը ներծծել լիկյորով կամ օշարակով: Կրեմի պատրաստման համար լավ հարել եփած խտացրած կաթը կարագի հետ: Խտացրած կաթը ավելացնել գդալ առ գդալ, հակառակ դեպքում կրեմը ջրիկ կստացվի: Բիսկվիթի առաջին շերտի վրա քսել կրեմը, ապա դնել երկրորդ շերտը և այդպես շարունակ: Տորթը ամբողջությամբ պատել կրեմով, վրան շաղ տալ բիսկվիթային փշրանքները: Պատրաստի տորթը թողնել սառնարանում նվազագույնը 4 ժամ, որից հետո միայն անցնել համտեսելուն:
