Հակահայկական քարոզչության հերթական ձախողումը. Կենտուկի նահանգում հակահայկական բանաձևը չի ընդունվել

ԱՄՆ Կենտուկի նահանգը միացավ Այդահո, Նյու Հեմփշիր և մյուս նահանգներին, որտեղ հաջողությամբ տապալվել են հակահայկական քարոզչությանն ուղղված ադրբեջանամետ բանաձևերը: Վկայակոչելով ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի գրասենյակը, մարտի 7-ին Կենտուկի նահանգի սենատում կասեցվել է այսպես կոչված «Խոջալուի ողբերգության» 24-րդ տարելիցը ոգեկոչող թիվ 168 բանաձևի ընդունումը, որը խեղաթյուրված էր ներկայացնում Արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ փաստերը: Բանաձևը չի ընդունվել Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի արևելյան շրջանի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից նախաձեռնվող ապատեղեկատվության վերաբերյալ նահանգում ահազանգելուց հետո:
«Կենտուկիում ձեռք բերված մեր փորձը կրկին ապացուցեց, որ ժողովրդավարությունը գործում է, և նահանգի օրենսդիր մարմնի անդամները չեն հանդուժի դիկտատոր Իլհամ Ալիևի շահերին ծառայող խեղաթյուրման կամ միջամտության որևէ փորձ: Ալիևը շարունակում է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ ուղղված ագրեսիան՝ դրանով վտանգի ենթարկելով տարածաշրջանի փխրուն խաղաղությունը»,- նշել է Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը: Նա հավելել է, որ հանձնախմբի տեղական մարմինների և փաստաբանների միջոցով շարունակելու են ակտիվ աշխատել Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության և միջազգային հանրության կողմից ճանաչման ուղղությամբ:
Սենատոր Դայմոն Թայերի կողմից բանաձևը Կենտուկիի սենատ էր ներկայացվել մարտի 1-ին: Բանաձևի մասին տեղեկանալով՝ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ներկայացուցիչներն իսկույն տեղեկատվական արշավ էին նախաձեռնել՝ կոչ անելով սենատի նախագահին ու մեծամասնություն կազմող խմբակցության ղեկավարներին հրաժարվել փաստերը խեղաթյուրող վտանգավոր բանաձևն ընդունելուց: Արդյունքում նահանգի սենատը պաշտոնապես դադարեցրել է բանաձևի ընդունման գործընթացը:
Հայ լոբիստների ջանքերի արդյունքում Կենտուկիի օրենսդիրները տեղեկացել են ինչպես Արցախյան հակամարտության իրական բնույթի, այնպես էլ Սումգայիթում ու Բաքվում հայերի ջարդերի, Ադրբեջանի կողմից մարդու իրավունքների շարունակական խախտումների ու տարածաշրջանում Բաքվի ապակայունացնող դերի վերաբերյալ:
