Ժնեւում պաշտոնապես վերսկսվում են միջսիրիական բանակցությունները

Ժնեւում մարտի 9-ին պաշտոնապես վերսկսվում են միջսիրիական բանակցությունները, որոնք դադարեցվել էին փետրվարի սկզբին: Թեեւ Սիրիայի կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության պատվիրակություններն առայժմ չեն ժամանել Շվեյցարիա, ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ բանագնաց Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան որոշել է հերթական անգամ չհետաձգել բանակցությունների մեկնարկի ամսաթիվը, որն սկզբնապես պլանավորվում էր փետրվարի 25-ին, իսկ այնուհետեւ հետաձգվել էր մարտի 7-ին եւ վերստին հետաձգվել մարտի 9-ին:
Նախօրյակին ԶԼՄ-ների համար կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնակատարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ջեսսի Շայինը պատասխան չի տվել այն հարցին, թե դե Միստուրան ում հետ է ծրագրում հանդիպել մարտի 9-ին: «Մարտի 9-ից հատուկ բանագնացը պատրաստ կլինի ընդունելու պատվիրակություններից յուրաքանչյուրին եւ նրանց հետ կանցկացնի նախապատրաստական հանդիպումներ,- ասել է նա:- Այս փուլում մենք չենք կարող այլ մանրամասներ հայտնել: Սակայն պաշտոնապես բանակցությունների համար «կանաչ լույս» կվառվի մարտի 9-ին»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «առարկայական բանակցություններին», ապա դրանք, ինչպես պարզաբանել է Շայինը, կսկսվեն ավելի ուշ, քանի որ պատվիրակություններից մի քանիսը Ժնեւ կժամանեն «մարտի 12-ին, 13-ին, 14-ին եւ այդպես շարունակ»:
Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան ելնում է այն բանից, որ «Ժնեւում առարկայական բանակցությունները մարտի 14-ից ոչ ուշ կսկսվեն նրանց հետ, ովքեր ներկա կլինեն»: Ինչ վերաբերում է սիրիական ընդդիմությանը, ապա դեռեւս պարզ չէ, թե նրա պատվիրակությունը երբ կժամանի Ժնեւ եւ կժամանի արդյոք ընդհանրապես: Նրա ներկայացուցիչներից հակասական ազդանշաններ են ստացվում, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
