Դավութօղլուի դեմ հայերին վիրավորելու հիմնավորմամբ դատական հայց է ներկայացվել

Թուրքիայի մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպությունը հայերին վիրավորելու հիմնավորմամբ Ստամբուլի Չաղլայան արդարադատության պալատ դատական հայց է ներկայացրել վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի և Աշքալեի քաղաքապետ Էնվեր Բաշարանի դեմ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական Demokrathaber.net-ը:
Դավութօղլուն փետրվարի 27-ին Բինգյոլնում (Բյուրակն) ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ քննադատել էր քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությանը՝ մեղադրելով նրանց «հայկական հրոսակախմբերի նման ռուսների հետ համագործակցելու» մեջ: Ավելի ուշ՝ մարտի 3-ին վարչապետի խոսքերը Աշքալեում կազմակերպված կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ կրկնել էր Բաշարանը՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով «փառապանծ նախնիներին, ովքեր այս հողերից մաքրել, նետել են հայերին»:
Ստամբուլի Չաղլայան արդարադատության պալատի մոտ հավաքված իրավապաշտպանները նախքան հայցը ներկայացնելը հայտարարություն են արել՝ ընդգծելով, որ ամիսներ շարունակ երկրի քրդաբնակ շրջաններում թուրքական զինուժի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունները զուգորդվում են հայերի դեմ ռասիստական քայլերով: Օրինակ, վճարված հարկերից գոյացած գումարով գնված զրահամեքենաները շրջում են փողոցներով և հայտարարում. «Բոլորդ հայ եք, բոլորդ հայ վիժվածքներ եք»:
«Հայերի դեմ ցեղասպանություն է իրականացվել, նրանց հարստությունը բռնագրավվել է, հայերի ու մյուս քրիստոնյա ժողովուրդների մշակութային ժառանգությունը համակարգված կերպով ոչնչացվել է: Կարծես այս ամենը բավական չէ, հանրապետության ողջ պատմության ընթացքում և անգամ այսօր մնացած մի բուռ հայերին ստորացնելու, նրանց կյանքը սպառնալիքի ենթարկելու նպատակով արվում է հնարավոր ամեն բան: Այս ամենը պատմության գիրկն է անցել և կշարունակի անցնել որպես մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություն: Գալիք սերունդներն էլ ձեզ դրանով կհիշեն: Խտրականությունը թուրքական պետության անգամ ամենաբարձր մակարդակում շարունակում է արվել ու խրախուսվել: Սակայն կան նաև այնպիսինները, ովքեր մինչը վերջ իրենց ձայնը կբարձրացնեն ընդդեմ այս հանցագործության»,- նշել են իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպության անդամները:
