Հանրաքվեի ընտրությունների ժամանակ այլ անձանց փոխարեն է քվեարկել

Ավան եւ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Արմենուհի Գրիգորյանի կողմից 2015-ի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կայացած Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի ժամանակ այլ անձանց փոխարեն քվեարկելու փորձ անելու առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Ըստ կայքում տեղադրված տեղեկատվության՝ Արմենուհի Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կայացած Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի Երեւան քաղաքի Ջրվեժ Մայակ թաղամասի թիվ 187 դպրոցում տեղակայված 2/11 ընտրատեղամասի հանձնաժողովի անդամ, փորձել է այլ անձանց փոխարեն քվեարկել: Մասնավորապես, նա վերոհիշյալ տեղամասի ընտրողների մատյանում Երեւան քաղաքի Ջրվեժ Բանավան թաղամասի 6 շենքի թիվ 23 բնակարանում հաշվառված Արայիկ Մանուկյանի եւ Կարինե Մանուկյանի տվյալների դիմաց գիտակցաբար գրառել է մտացածին անձնագրային կեղծ տվյալներ, որոնց դիմաց ստորագրել եւ կնիքել է իրեն հատկացված «Ա-54161» կնիքի դրոշմով: Այնուհետև փորձել է քվեարկել նշված երկու անձանց փոխարեն, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ նշված դեպքը հայտնաբերվել եւ կանխվել է հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչ Հասմիկ Պետրոսյանի կողմից:
Նախկինում դատվածություն չունեցած Արմենուհի Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-153 հոդվածների հիման վրա: Նրան չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակել: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
