Նիդերլանդների Հայ դատը կառավարությունից հստակ դիրքորոշում է ակնկալում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցում

Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցին ընդառաջ Նիդեռլանդների Հաագա քաղաքում ապրիլի 23-ին կանցկացվի բողոքի ցույց և ոգեկոչման արարողություն: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Նիդերլանդների «Հայկական կազմակերպությունների դաշնության» նախագահ, «Աբովյան մշակութային միության» նախագահ Մաթո Հախվերդյանը: Նրա խոսքով, ոգեկոչման արարողություններ և համերգ է անցկացվելու նաև Նիդերլանդների այլ քաղաքներում:

«Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանն իր դիրքորոշումը հայտնել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետ կապված, ինչը չենք տեսնում Կառավարության հայտարարություններում: Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ կառավարությունը նույնպես հայտնի իր դիրքորոշումը Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի առնչությամբ: Ամեն անգամ բառախաղերի օգնությանն են դիմում, չեն ցանկանում կոնկրետ խոսել: Մեր ցանկությունն է, որ խորհրդարանի որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը գործադիր մարմինն էլ շարունակի: Իշխանությունները միշտ էլ փորձում են դիվանագիտական տարբեր հնարքներ կիրառել` ասելով հայկական ողբերգություն , որը չի համապատասխանում խորհրդարանի ընդունած բանաձևի բովանդակությանը»,-ասաց Մաթո Հախվերդյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` ապրիլի 16-ին Հոլանդիայում հայերի, թուրքերի քրդերի մասնակցությամբ անցկացվելու է համաժողով: «Իհարկե, մասնակցելու են այն թուրքերն ու քրդերը, որոնք ճանաչում են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Համաժողովի նպատակն է երկխոսություն և կապ հաստատել կողմերի միջև»,-ասաց Մաթո Հախվերդյանը: Համաժողովից բացի, նախատեսվում է նմանատիպ այլ նախաձեռնություն ևս կյանքի կոչել: Մասնավորապես, Նիդերլանդների սոցիալական հարցերով գերատեսչության հետ համատեղ նախատեսվում է անցկացնել գիտաժողով թուրքական կազմակերպություների մասնակցությամբ: Նպատակը Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետևանքներին վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկելն է:

2004 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանն ընդունել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին որոշում: 2015 թվականին էլ Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը ընդունել է որոշում, որով կարևորվում է Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի կողմից իրենց պատմության վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր համաձայնության ձեռքբերումը: Որոշման համաձայն` հանձնարարվել է կառավարությանը՝ 2004թ. կոնսենսուսով ընդունված որոշմանը համահունչ, երկկողմանիորեն և ԵՄ համատեքստում շարունակել կոչ անել Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը նոր խթան հաղորդել Հայաստանի հետ մերձեցմանը և հաշտեցման եզրեր փնտրել Հայաստանի կառավարության հետ:
