Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հյուպատոսական բաժինն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ հատուկ վերաբերմունք է դրսևորում հայկական IT ոլորտի մասնագետների հանդեպ: Զարմանալի «զուգադիպությամբ» հայ ծրագրավորողներին ու IT ոլորտի մասնագետներին չի հաջողվում ԱՄՆ մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալ, ինչի հետևանքով մի շարք խոշորագույն ծրագրեր պարզապես տապալվում են:

Այս մոտեցումը զայրացրել է ոչ միայն ոլորտի հայ մասնագետներին, այլև ԱՄՆ-ի խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, քանի որ հայ մասնագետներին ԱՄՆ մուտքի արտոնագիր չտրամադրելու պատճառով վերջիններս զրկվում են նաև ոլորտին վերաբերող փորձի փոխանակման և այլ ձևաչափերով կազմակերպված աշխատաժողովներին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից: Սա նաև հարվածում է Հայաստանում գործող մի շարք ընկերությունների ֆինանսատնտեսական վիճակն առավել ամրապնդելուն և զարգացնելուն, ինչն էլ իր հերթին լրացուցիչ խոչընդոտ է ստեղծում մեր երկրում այս կարևոր ոլորտի զարգացման համար:

Հայտնի է, որ ողջ աշխարհում, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ում, IT ոլորտը ներկայում համարվում է ամենաարդիականը, իսկ ոլորտի մասնագետները՝ ամենաբարձր վարձատրվողը և ամենաշատ պահանջարկ վայելողները, սակայն նրանց առջև ԱՄՆ մուտքի դռները փակելը ոչ միայն տարօրինակ է, այլև զայրացնող: Orer.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս առիթով առաջիկա մեկ-երկու օրվա ընթացքում խնդրի վերաբերյալ լուրջ իրադարձություն է տեղի ունենալու: Մասնավորապես, հայ ծրագրավորողներն ու ոլորտի մյուս մասնագետները միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում, որպեսզի այս մասին բարձրաձայնվի: Նրանք որոշել են հանդես գալ մամուլի ասուլիսով և մանրամասն պատմել իրենց առջև ԱՄՆ-ի դռները կոպտորեն փակելու դեպքերը և ներկայացնել այն խոշորամասշտաբ ծրագրերը, որոնք պարզապես տապալվում են Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան «թեթև» ձեռքով:
