Հայաստանը կբանակցի գազի գնի արտոնյալ պայմանների շուրջ

Ռուսաստանի հետ գազային համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու արձանագրության փոփոխությամբՀայաստանի Հանրապետությանը մատակարարվող գազի 165 դոլար գինը ֆիքսվել է կարճատև ժամանակահատվածի համար, որպեսզի բանակլցություններ ընթանան առավել արտոնյալ պայմանների շուրջ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը: «Նախատեսվում է, որ պահպանվի 165 դոլար սակագինը և շարունակվեն բանակցությունները: Այսօր ընդունված որոշումը կարճատև ժամանակի համար է, որպեսզի բանակցություններն ընթանան առավել արտոնյալ պայմանների շուրջ»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Խոսելով ՀՀ և ՌԴ նախագահների` մարտի 10-ին սպասվելիք հանդիպման մասին՝ փոխարտգործնախարարը նշեց, որ ցանկացած նման հանդիպում միշտ որոշակի արդյունքներ է բերում:
ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունների միջև Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն բնական գազի առաքման ժամանակ գների ձևավորման կարգի վերաբերյալ 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ի համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին արձանագրությունների կնքման երկու նախագծերի: ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Իոսիֆ Իսայանը նշեց, որ վերը նշված համաձայնագրում առաջին փոփոխությամբ՝ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությամբ բնական գազի գինը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից սկսած մինչև 2016-ի մարտի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար պահպանվում է նախորդ տարվա՝ 165 ԱՄՆ դոլար չափով:
Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 16-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ հանդիպմանը գործարարները խնդրել են վարչապետին՝ ելնելով էներգակիրների գների համաշխարհային դինամիկայից, ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության շրջանակներում դիմել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը` ներմուծվող գազի սակագնի նվազեցման և արտադրողների համար ազգային արժույթով գնագոյացման խնդրանքով: Վարչապետն ընդգծել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և այլ գործընկերների հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների առաջընթացն էապես կախված է տնտեսական մրցունակությունÕ ¨ չսահմանափակող էներգակիրների գներից և նշել է, որ էներգակիրների հարցով ՀՀիշխանությունները դիմել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իշխանություններին և, հաշվի առնելովՌուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ մեր գործընկերության ռազմավարական բնույթը, ակնկալվում էստանալ հարցի դրական լուծում:
