Դասախոսն ուսանողին դրական գնահատելու դիմաց կաշառք է պահանջել

Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Ռուսաստանի տուրիզմի եւ սերվիսի պետական համալսարանի Երեւանի մասնաճյուղի դասախոս Սուրեն Եզեկյանի կողմից իր ուսանողներից կաշառք վերցնելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Սուրեն Եզեկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, լինելով Ռուսաստանի տուրիզմի եւ սերվիսի պետական համալսարանի Երեւանի մասնաճյուղի ավագ դասախոս, իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում համալսարանի որոշ ուսանողների օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու, այն է` ստուգարքները եւ քննությունները դրական գնահատելու, դիպլոմային աշխատանքներն ուսանողի փոխարեն գրելու համար 2011-2014թթ. նույն համալսարանի ուսանողներից պահանջել եւ ստացել է խոշոր չափերով գումարներ:
Սուրեն Եզեկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311 հոդվածի առաջին մասով, նույն հոդվածի երրորդ մասի առաջին եւ երրորդ կետերով: Որպես իրեղեն ապացույց է ներկայացվել կնքված փաթեթով 60 հազար դրամը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
