Նման հոգատարություն դրսևորում են զարգացած, քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում, ինչպես նաև՝ մարդկանց երջանկությունը ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն համարող պետություններում: Իսկ հետամնաց երկրներում էկոլոգիական խնդիրները երկրորդական են: Նրանց զբոսայգիները, բակերը, մայթերը, նույնիսկ՝ փողոցները աղբավայր են հիշեցնում: Դա ծուլության կամ անպատասխանատվության հետևանք չէ, այլ փչացած մտածողության: Քրիստոնեությունը քարոզում է մարմինը մաքուր պահել, որովհետև այնտեղ Աստծո շունչ է ապրում: Այդ պատճառով քրիստոնեական երկրներում հիգիենային մեծ կարևորություն է տրվում: Նույն տրամաբանությամբ կարևորվում է տան, բակի, շրջապատի, քաղաքի, բնության մաքրությունը, որովհետև այնտեղ մարդ է ապրում: Շրջապատը մաքուր պահելը առաջին հերթին բարեկրթության դրսևորում է: Կիրթ մարդը շրջապատը մաքուր է պահում: Այլ կերպ չի կարող լինել, որովհետև մաքուր մտքերը մաքուր միջավայր են պահանջում: Բնության մաքրությունը նաև հայրենասիրության տարրական դրսևորում է: Հայրենիքը ֆիզիակական առումով սկսվում է տնից, բնակավայրից, գյուղից, որոնք մաքուր ու լուսավոր պահելը սիրո իրական վկայություն է: Քաղաքի մաքրությունը նաև քաղաքացիականության դրսևորում է: Եթե մարդը քաղաքացի է ու տեր և ոչ թե տարանցիկ ճամփորդ, ապա կմաքրի քաղաքը, որովհետև իրենն է:
