Forbes ամսագրի տվյալներով, ռուսական էստրադայի ամենաթանկ երգիչ Ստաս Միխայլովն անցյալ տարի Ռուբլյովկայում նորամուտ տոնեց: Տունն արժե մեկ միլիոն եվրո: Դրանից հետո նա հարսանիք արեց Փարիզի արվարձանում:
Մյուս թանկարժեք տունը պատկանում է Մաքսիմ Գալկինին: Մեկ հեկտարի վրա տեղակայված պալատն արժե կես միլիարդ ռուբլի: Ընդ որում, մասնագետները պնդում են, որ միայն խոհանոցի սալիկներն ավելի թանկ արժեն, քան ամբողջ շինությունը:
Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի մոսկովյան բնակարանում ոչ մի արհեստական բան չկա. ո՛չ պլաստիկ, ո՛չ սինթետիկա: Փոխարենը կան գոբելեններ, փայտե քիվեր, լուսամփոփներ: Ննջասենյակի պարագաները Ժաննան պատվիրել էր Ֆրանսիայում:

Ռուսական հանրահայտ երգիչ Դիմա Բիլանն իր համար վերջապես սեփական բնակարան է գնել: Հանուն դրա նա 10 տարի շարունակ ստիպված էր բնակարանից բնակարան տեղափոխվել եւ շատ աշխատել: Հարկ է նկատել, որ Բիլանը բնակարանը գնել էր մեկ տարի առաջ, սակայն միայն հիմա է կարողացել փոխադրվել: Այնտեղ բազմաթիվ հնաոճ իրեր կան, որոնք երգիչը բերում է ճամփորդություններից:
Դերասանուհի եւ երգչուհի Վերա Բրեժնեւայի նոր տունը 400 ք.մ. մակերեսով երկհարկանի շինություն է: Տունը գնահատվում է 2.2 մլն դոլար: Այն շրջապատված է թփերից կազմված, այսպես կոչված, կենդանի ցանկապատով:
Դեռեւս Ալլա-Վիկտորիայի ծննդից առաջ Ֆիլիպ Կիրկորովը հոգ էր տարել հարմար բնակավայրի մասին եւ շքեղ եռահարկ տուն գնել: Առանձնատունը գտնվում է օվկիանոսի ափին եւ արժե 12 մլն դոլար: Արդեն հունվարի սկզբին նորաթուխ հայրիկը փոքրիկի հետ փոխադրվել է նոր տուն:
Իոսիֆ Կոբզոնը բազմաթիվ տներ ունի ինչպես Մոսկվայում, այնպես էլ նրանից դուրս: Ամենից թանկարժեքը համարվում է ընտանեկան այս առանձնատունը, որը գնահատվում է 260 մլն ռուբլի:
Ալեքսանդր Ցեկալոյի տունը Ռուբլյովկայում է: Այն High-Teck ոճով է, արտասովոր ճակատամաս եւ բացառիկ դիզայն ունի: Տան շուկայական արժեքը 270 մլն ռուբլի է:
Երգչուհի Ալսուն ամուսնու՝ Յան Աբրամովիչի եւ երկու դուստրերի հետ բնակվում է մոսկովյան երկնաքերերից մեկում: Ընտանիքն ապրում է 57 հարկանի «Տրիումֆ-Պալաս» համալիրի ամենաթանկարժեք հարկաբաժնում:
Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում գտնվող հսկայական բնակարանը, որի պատուհանները նայում են Պուշկինի տուն-թանգարանի պատուհաններին, պատկանում է Քսենիայի ծնողներին՝ Անատոլի Սոբչակին եւ Լյուդմիլա Նարուսովային: Հնաոճ իրերի քանակությամբ այն կարող է մրցել Պուշկինի տուն-թանգարանի հետ:
10 տարի առաջ Ալլա Պուգաչովան մերձմոսկովյան Իստրա գետի ափին Ուրբաթ ավանում շուրջ 9 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ տուն կառուցեց: Մի քանի տարի առաջ նա այն նվիրեց թոռնիկին եւ սկսեց նոր տուն կառուցել: Այն գնահատվում է 280 մլն ռուբլի: Տան շուրջ անտառ է, իսկ քիչ հեռու ջրամբար կա:
