«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ կառավարության երեկ տեղի ունեցած նիստը ուշագրավ է եղել այն տեսանկյունից, որ դրան առաջին անգամ որպես ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահ մասնակցել է Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը: ՀՀ կառավարության նիստերում արդեն ձեւավորված ավանդույթ է դարձել, որ նոր նշանակված պաշտոնյաներին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հատուկ շնորհավորում է:

Օրինակ՝ երեկ վարչապետը հատուկ շնորհավորել է ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարության աշխատակազմի նոր ղեկավար Նաիրի Հարությունյանին՝ իր նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ: Սակայն ՊԵԿ-ի նոր նախագահի նշանակվելու փաստին Աբրահամյանը նշանակություն չի տվել եւ նրան չի շնորհավորել: Այս փաստը լրագրողների ուշադրությունից չի վրիպել: Իսկ թե վարչապետի կողմից Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանն ինչու է նման «հատուկ» վերաբերմունքի արժանացել, կարծում ենք՝ առաջիկայում պարզ կդառնա:

Ի դեպ, կառավարության վերջին երեք նիստերին ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը չի մասնակցում: Նրա փոխարեն նիստերին ներկա է լինում տեղակալը` Վարդան Եղիազարյանը: ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի չմասնակցելու պատճառների մասին մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ասաց. «Որպես կանոն՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը մասնակցում է, իսկ եթե ծառայողական անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով չի կարող մասնակցել, նախապես իրազեկում է ՀՀ կառավարությանը»:
