Ադրբեջանական «Հարավային գազային միջանցք»-ը եկամտաբեր կդառնա 2030 թվականին. նախարար

Ադրբեջանից Վրաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի տարածքներով Եվրոպա գազ փոխադրելու «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» եւ «Շահ Դենիզ 2» նախագծերը եկամտաբեր կդառնան 2030 թվականին:
Այս մասին, Natural Gaz Europe-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի էներգետիկայինախարար Նաթիգ Ալիեւը:
«Ադրբեջանը «Շահ Դենիզ 2»-ը, TANAP-ը (Անդրանատոլիական գազատար) եւ TAP-ը (Անդրադրիատիկ գազատար) դիտարկում է որպես միասնական նախագիծ: «Շահ Դենիզ 2»-ի վրա կապիտալ ծախսերը գնահատվում են 20 մլրդ դոլար, իսկ «Հարավային գազային միջանցք»-ի վրա` 25 մլրդ դոլար: Թուրքիա գազի արտահանումը ծրագրվում է սկսել 2018 թվականին, իսկ Եվրոպա` 2020 թվականին», -ասել է նա:
Նախարարը նշել է, որ հաշվարկների համաձայն եւ նավթի ու գազի սպասվող գնից ելնելով «Շահ Դենիզ 2» եւ «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագծերից եկամուտները կգերազանցեն ծախսերը 2028-2030 թվականներին մոտ:
Նրա խոսքով` «Հարավային գազային միջանցքով» նախատեսվում է Կասպյան տարածաշրջանից Վրաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի տարածքներով Եվրոպա փոխադրել տարեկան 10 մլրդ խմ ադրբեջանական գազ:
«Շահ Դենիզ 2» հանքահորի գազը Թուրքիա եւ եվրոպական երկրներ արտահանվելու է Հարավկովկասյան գազատարի ընդլայնման եւ TANAP ու TAP գազատար խողովակաշարերի շինարարության միջոցով:
Ադրբեջանում ստեղծված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով խոշոր նախագծերի ճակատագիրը հայտնվել է հարցականի տակ: Բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ հայտնում են, որ անգամ Անդրանատոլիական (TANAP) եւ Անդրադրիատիկ (TAP) գազային նախագծերն ապագայում Ադրբեջանի համար կարող են ոչ թե եկամտի աղբյուր, այլ բյուջեի համար լրացուցիչ ծանր բեռ դառնալ: Քանի որ երկրում առկա տնտեսական ճգնաժամային պայմանում Ադրբբեջանը ստիպված կարող է վաճառել նախագծում իր մասնաբաժինը, ինչը լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ կառաջացնի:
Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նաթիգ Ջաֆարլին musavat.com-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ այդ նախագծերի հետ կապված` Ադրբեջանում արդեն տարբեր անհանգստացնող լուրեր են շրջանառվում:
«Երկու տարբերակներն էլ Ադրբեջանի համար բացասական են: Եթե մենք մեր մասնաբաժինը վաճառենք, ապագայում այդ նախագծերում խոսքի իրավունք չենք ունենա: Պարտքն էլ, Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս վիճակի պատճառով, մեզ կտան ավելի մեծ տոկոսներով: Ապագայում ստացած եկամուտը ստիպված ենք լինելու տոկոս վճարել: Այսինքն, տարբեր տեսանկյուններից դիտարկելով, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ մոտ ժամանակում, մոտ տարիներին Ադրբեջանը խնդիրներ է ունենալու», -համոզմունք է հայտնել տնտեսագետը:
