ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի արտագնա նիստի շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն այցելած ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ի խորհրդի նախագահ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը եւ նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության անդամները Երեւան ժամանելուն պես ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել են Ծիծեռնակաբերդ եւ ծաղկեպսաÕ ¯ ու ծաղիկներ դրել 1915 թվականի Հայոց Մեծ եղեռնի զոհերի հուշարձանին, խոնարհումով ու լռությամբ հարգել մեկ ու կես միլիոն անմեղ նահատակների հիշատակը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
«Ամեն անգամ Հայաստան այցելելիս անպայման լինում եմ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում: Հարկավոր է հիշել այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել 100 տարի առաջ, որպեսզի նման ողբերգությունները չկրկնվեն: ՌԴ Պետական դուման ամեն տարի հիշում եւ ընդունում է համապատասխան հայտարարություն, որով խորհրդարանն իր ցավակցությունն ու դիրքորոշումն է հայտնում 1915թ-ին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ»,- իր խոսքում նշել է Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը:
