 Ցանկության դեպքում ռուսական կողմը կկարողանա տարբերակ գտնել Պերմյակովի ծառայակիցներին Հայաստան դատակոչելու համար: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց Գյումրիում ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից սպանված Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչների շահերի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

Խոսելով Պերմյակովի ծառայակիցների վկայության կարևորության մասին` Լուսինե Սահակյանը նշեց, որ ռուսական կողմի դատավարության ժամանակ Պերմյակովի վաշտի հրամանատար Նիկիշինը տեղեկացրել է, որ ինքն է ընտրել լավագույն զինվորներին` Հայաստան ծառայության ուղարկելու համար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, Նիկիշինի վկայությունն անչափ կարևոր է, ավելին` դեպքի օրը Նիկիշինն է եղել հենակետի հրամանատարը:

«Նրանց Հայաստան դատակոչելու տարբերակների միջնորդության շուրջ դեռ կմտածենք: Մինչև այդ, նոր միջնորդություններ կլինեն նաև նոր վկաների վերաբերյալ, բայց ոչ այս փուլում: Իսկ այս փուլի համար անչափ կարևոր ենք համարում փաստաթղթերի ներկայացումից հետո դեպքի վայրի լուսանկարների և տեսագրությունների ցուցադրությունը, որին պետք է ներգրավվեն նաև լրատվամիջոցները, որպեսզի հասարակությունն ավելի լավ պատկերացում ստանա դեպքի մասին»,-նշեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի տարածքում մարտի 11-ին մեկնարկել է Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը: Դատարանում վկայություն է տվել սահմանապահ ջոկատի վարորդ Ռոմիկ Խաչատրյանը, իսկ Պերմյակովի ծառայակիցներն ու նրա վաշտի անմիջական հրամանատար Նիկիշինը չեն ներկայացել դատավարությանը:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին  մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
