ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների համագործակցությունը պետք է բարձրացնել նոր աստիճանի. Բորդյուժա

Տեղի է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների աշխատանքային հանդիպումը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ Հայաստանից, Ռուսաստանից, Բելառուսից, Ղազախստանից, Ղրղզստանից, Տաջիկստանից եւ Սերբիայից: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասա րակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արտաշես Գեղամյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում, անդրադարձել է 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 25-26-ը Վիեննայում կայացած ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ պատվիրակության մասնակցությանը:
Ամփոփելով ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ պատվիրակության գործունեությունը եւ ձեռքբերումները ձմեռային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում՝ Արտաշես Գեղամյանը կարեւորել է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների պատվիրակությունների համագործակցությունը եւ ուժերի միավորումը: Արտաշես Գեղամյանն ընդգծել է, որ հուլիսի 1-5-ը Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք ամառային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում պետք է ցուցաբերել միասնական մոտեցում՝ անդամ երկրների առջեւ ծառացած աշխարհաքաղաքական խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան անդրադարձել է ՀԱՊԿ ձեւաչափում անդամ երկրների արտաքին քաղաքականության համակարգմանը: Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան կարեւորել է տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հարցերում ընդհանուր մոտեցումը եւ այդ հարցերի շուրջ համագործակցությունը միջազգային հարթակներում: Ըստ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ երկկողմ հանդիպումները միջազգային հարթակներում թույլ են տալիս համակարգել համատեղ գործողությունները, կարգավորել տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը եւ կարող են նկատելիորեն բարձրացնել անդամ երկրների գործունեության արդյունավետությունը: Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան նշել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների միջեւ համագործակցությունը պետք է բարձրացնել նոր աստիճանի՝ շեշտը դնելով կառույցը նախագահող երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների վրա եւ համատեղ ուժերով պաշտպանելով մասնակիցների ընդհանուր եւ ազգային շահերը:
ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ում Սերբիայի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մշտական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Միլովան Դրեցունը հանգամանալից անդրադարձել է 2015 թվականին ԵԱՀԿ-ում Սերբիայի նախագահությանը: Պարոն Դրեցունը ներկայացրել է Սերբիայի նախագահության ընթացքում ծագած խնդիրները եւ ձեռքբերումները: Նա նշել է, որ Սերբիայի նախագահության ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրության են արժանացել ահաբեկչության, մարդկանց եւ թմրանյութերի վաճառքի դեմ պայքարին վերաբերող հարցերը: Սերբիան իր ուշադրությունն է սեւեռել ժամանակի մարտահրավերներին՝ կարեւորելով միջազգային անվտանգություն խնդիրները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչներն անդրադարձել են 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 1-5-ը Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ ամառային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում քննարկվելիք թեմաներին, ՀԱՊԿ պատվիրակության համակարգված գործունեությանը եւ համատեղ մոտեցումներ մշակելու մեխանիզմներին:
