Թատրոնի և կինոյի ռուս դերասան, Ռուսաստանի Ժողովրդական արտիստ, բոլորի կողմից սիրված Սերգեյ Բեզռուկովն արդեն 43 տարեկան է: Նա ամուսնացած է դերասանուհի Իրինա Բեզռուկովայի հետ: Բրիգադա ֆիլմում Սաշայի կերպարից հետո նա բավականին մեծ ճանաչում ունեցավ ու մեծ հետք թողեց ռուսական կինոյի պատմության մեջ: Սերգեյը սովորել է մոսկովյան սովորական դպրոցում, սիրել է լինել հոր աշխատավայրում և մանկուց երազել է գնալ նրա հետքերով։ 1990 թվականին՝ միջնակարգ դպրոցը ավարտելուց հետո, ընդունվել է ՄԽԱՏ-ի Դպրոց-ստուդիան` «Թատրոնի և կինոյի դերասան» բաժնում։ 1994 թվականին ավարտել է ՄԽԱՏ-ի Դպրոց-ստուդիան (Օլեգ Տաբակովի արվեստանոցը)։ 1993 թվականից աշխատում է Օլեգ Տաբակովի ղեկավարած թատրոնում։ Նկարահանվել է բազմաթիվ սերիալներում: Սերգեյը հրապուրվում է գեղանկարչությամբ։ 2010 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ից մշակույթի գծով Պատրիարքարանի խորհրդի անդամ (Ռուսական ուղղափառ եկեղեցի)։ 2013 թվականի ապրիլից մտնում է ՌԴ-ի Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը կից Բանակային Հանրային խորհրդի կազմի մեջ։ 2013 թվականին դարձել է Մոսկվայի մարզային «Կուզմինկա» մշակույթի տան ղեկավար։ 2013 թվականից Մոսկովյան նահանգային թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար։
