ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անընդունելի է համարում այն հանգամանքը, որ ծնողական կոմիտեն գումար է հավաքում և որպես նվեր փոխանցում դպրոցի տնօրենին կամ ուսուցչին: Այս մասին Մկրտչյանը նշեց լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

«Մարտի 8-ին ընդունված է նվերներ մատուցելը, բայց ուզում եմ ճիշտ հասկանաք, խոսքը ոչ թե փոքր նվերի կամ ծաղկեփնջի մասին է, դա ընդունելի է, բայց եթե ծնողական կոմիտեն գումար է հավաքում, փոխանցում տնօրենին կամ ուսուցչին, դա արդեն անընդունելի է, չի կարելի նվերը տալ դրամի տեսքով:  Պետք է կանխել այս կամ այլ բաների համար գումար հավաքելու սովորությունները, պետք է պահանջենք, որ ծնողներին չդնեն լրացուցիչ ծանրաբեռնվածության տակ»,- «Արմենպրես» -ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում ընդգրկվում են ուսուցիչներ և տնօրեններ, նախարարը շեշտեց, որ նման բան ավանդաբար տեղի է ունենում մարզերում:

Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընգծեց նաև, որ եթե որևէ դպրոցի ուսուցիչ իր համոզումների համար դպրոցից ազատվի, կամ նրան ստիպեն ինչ-որ բան անել, ցանկացած փաստի դեպքում համապատասխան պատիժ կկիրառվի: «Երբ մարդուն ազատում ես աշխատանքից, ճակատագիր ես խեղում, պետք է այնպես անել, որ մարդը նորից նման քայլի չգնա: Երկրորդ դեպքում եթե կրկնվի, կարելի է ավելի խիստ գործողություններ կիրառել: Մարդկանց պետք է տալ ուղղվելու հնարավորություն»,-ասաց նա:
