Արարատի մի շարք համայնքներում ռազմավարական ճյուղեր են լոլիկի արտադրությունն ու այգեգործությունը. մասնագետներ

 Արարատի մարզի Դվին, Վերին Դվին, Վերին Արտաշատ, Նորաշեն և Հնաբերդ համայնքների համար, մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, զարգացման ռազմավարական ճյուղեր են լոլիկի արտադրությունը, այգեգործությունը, գյուղմթերքի հետագա վերամշակումը: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» (ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ) հիմնադրամից, այդ համայնքների անդամները մի քա նի շաբաթ շարունակ Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի և նրա գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների համատեղ ջանքերով քննարկել են իրենց հայրենի բնակավայրերի մրցակցային առավելությունները, վերհանել խնդիրները և առաջարկել դրանց լուծումները:  

Այդ համայնքները գտնվում են Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական մայրուղու հարևանությամբ, մյուս կողմից` համայնքները նաև շատ մոտ են մայրաքաղաքին, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս գյուղացիներին ավելի հեշտ իրացնել իրենց ապրանքը: Վերոնշյա հատկությունները մասնագետների գնահատմամբ` Արարատի մարզի այդ համայնքների հիմնական մրցակցային առավելություններն են: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում փորձագետները համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրել են նաև PACA գրքույկը: Այնտեղ ներկայացված են համայնքների նկարագիրը, զարգացման առաջնահերթությունները, մրցակցային առավելությունները, խնդիրները և առաջարկությունները:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման» (USAID/PRP) ծրագրի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի զարգացման այլ գործիքները և հորդորել գործարարության հետ առնչվող բոլոր հարցերով դիմել Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի Արարատի մասնաճյուղին: Մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Արամ Գալյանն էլ վստահեցրել է, որ Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի Արարատի մարզային մասնաճյուղը պատրաստ է լսել բոլոր հարցերը և հնարավորության շրջանակում օժանդակել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր կցանկանան հիմնել նոր բիզն ես և զարգացնել համայնքի տնտեսությունը:

2013 թ. սեպտեմբերից Հայաստանում մեկնարկել է ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման» (USAID PRP) հնգամյա ծրագիրը: Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավորությամբ ծրագիրն իրականցնում են «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոնը» (CARD), Գեղարքունիքի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատը և «Ի-Վի Քոնսալթինգ» կազմակերպությունը:
