Պետությունը սրտի վիրահատության ծառայությունները կկազմակերպի ըստ չափորոշիչների

Հանրապետության առաջատար սրտաբանների և գլխավոր մասնագետի, նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի մոտ քննարկվել են բնակչությանը պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով սրտի վիրահատական ծառայությունների կազմակերպման չափորոշիչներ ը։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մասնագիտական խմբի կողմից կատարված վերլուծությունների հիման վրա մշակված չափորոշիչները միտում ունեն կարգավորելու սրտի վիրահատությունների հետ կապված հիմնախնդիրներն ու փոխհարաբերությունները։
Փաստաթղթում մանրամասն ներկայացված են շահառուների բոլոր խմբերը, իրականացվող բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման տեսակները, ինչպես նաև սրտի վիրահատության ուղեգրման, հերթագրման, անհետաձգելի դեպքերի հետ կապված կարգավորումները։
Քննարկման ընթացքում տարբեր առաջարկություններ են հնչել փոխհարաբերությունների և չափորոշիչների առավել հստակեցման ուղղությամբ։
Արմեն Մուրադյանը հանձնարարել է առավել խորությամբ վերլուծել ուղեգրման, լաբորատոր-գործիքային հետազոտությունների, ինչպես նաև սրտի վիրահատությունների բացարձակ և հարաբերական ցուցումների հետ կապված հարցերը, միաժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով նաև կատարված առաջարկությունները, լրամշակել փաստաթուղթը և ներկայացնել հաստատման՝ որպես ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրաման։
Խնդիր է դրվել բոլոր չափորոշիչներն առավելագույնս հստակեցնել` հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերից խուսափելու, ինչպես նաև մասնագետների պատասխանատվությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով։
