Դորտմունդի «Բորուսիա» -ի գլխավոր մարզիչ Թոմաս Տուխելը «Տոտենհեմ Հոսթփուր» -ի դեմ եվրոպայի լիգայի 1/8 -րդ եզրափիչ առաջին հանդիպումից հետո նշել է, որ «Բորուսիա» -ն ակնհայտ թելադրում էր խաղի ընթացքը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հաղորդում է գերմանական ակումբի պաշտոնական կայքը:
«Ես շատ գոհ եմ մեր թիմի ելույթից և արդյունքից: Չնայած «Բավարիա»-ի դեմ անցկացրած խաղին, մեր պաշտպանությունը շատ թարմ, էֆեկտիվ և վստահ էր խաղում: Խաղի սկզբում «Տոտենհեմ» -ի թիմը ուներ առավելություն և բավականին արագ ֆուտբոլ էր խաղում: Հանդիպման հենց առաջին րոպեներից տեմպը շատ բարձր էր: Հետզհետե մենք կարողացանք ճնշել մրցակցին և գնդակ պահել հակառակորդի կիսադաշտում, ինչը բերեց արդյունքի: Երկրորդ խաղակեսում մենք լիարժեք տիրապետում էինք խաղին, մրցակցին չթողնելով անցնել կիսադաշտը, մենք կարողացանք բազում գոլային պահեր ստղծել և ռեալիզացնել ու գրանցել խոշոր հաշիվ», - ասել է Տուխելը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 10-ին, «Բորուսիա»-ն իր հարկի տակ, «Սիգնալ - Իդունա Պարկ» մաչզադաշտում, եվրոպայի 1/8-րդ եզրափակիչ առաջին հանդիպումը անցկացրեց անգլիական «Տոտենհեմ Հոսթփուր» ակումբի հետ: Խաղն ավարտվե 3:0 հաշվով հօգուտ դորտմունդցիների: Պատասխան հանդիպումը կկայանա մարտի 17-ին Լոնդոնում «Ուայթ Հարթ Լեյն» մարզադաշտում:
