Մեկնարկեց «Մարքեթինգի հայկական ակումբ» ՀԿ-ի «6 պրոֆեսիոնալ, 6 գիրք» նախաձեռնությունը, որի շրջանակներում հայաստանյան մի շարք առաջատար կազմակերպությունների մարքեթինգի բաժինների ղեկավարներ հյուրընկալվելու և ներկայացնելու են իրենց սիրելի մասնագիտական գրքերից որևէ մեկը:
Մարքեթինգի հայկական ակումբի նախագահ Տարոն Պարսամյանը ներկայացրեց նախաձեռնության առաջին հյուրին՝ ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի մարքեթինգային հաղորդակցությունների բաժնի ղեկավար Արտյոմ Ղազարյանին, ով պետք է խոսեր բրիտանացի հայտնի մարքեթոլոգ Ջոն Գրանտի «Մարքեթինգային նոր մանիֆեստ. 21-րդ դարում հաջողակ բրենդ կառուցելու 12 կանոնները» գրքի մասին: Գրքում թվարկվում են ժամանակակից մարքեթինգի միտումները բնորոշող 12 կանոններ, որոնց պահպանումը կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունի բրենդի հաջողության համար:
«Առաջին սեմինարը, ինչպես և սպասում էինք, բավականին ինտերակտիվ էր, ներկայացված կանոններից յուրաքանչյուրը բացատրվում էր դիտակտիկ նյութերով, տեսահոլովակներով, ինչպես նաև՝ ուղեկցվում մասնագիտական մեկնաբանություններով: Հենց այդ ինտերակտիվությունն է, որ միշտ ստիպում է լսարանին ավելի խորը հաղորդակցվել ներկայացվող թեմայի հետ:
Հաճախ մեր երկրի առաջատար կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները նշում են, թե մարքեթինգային բաժինները միշտ չէ, որ իրականացնում են հստակ բիզնես խնդիրներ, բայց փոխարենը մեծ ծախսեր են պահանջում: Ըստ իս, մեր բանախոսի խոսքում առավել կարևոր էր այն, որ նա ընդգծված կերպով ներկայացնում էր մարքեթինգային բաժինների` բիզնես խնդիրները հստակորեն լուծել կարողանալու անհրաժեշտությունը: Տեղին է նաև ընդգծել, որ բանախոսն իր ներկայացրած տեսական դրույթները պրոեկտում էր սեփական փորձի և պրակտիկ գործընթացների վրա` լուսաբանելով արդեն իսկ կիրառված և հաջողություններ գրանցած օրինակներ», - իր խոսքում ասաց Տարոն Պարսամյանը:
Լսարանի կողմից հնչեցված հարցերից ամենահետաքրքիրները, բնականաբար, վերաբերում էին Ակբա-ին, մասնավորապես՝ որքանով է բանկը կիրառում թվարկված կանոններն իր մարքեթինգային ռազմավարության մեջ:
Որքան էլ բանախոսը փորձում էր չշեղվել գրքից, այնուամենայնիվ, անդրադարձավ Բանկի կողմից սեփական ինովացիաների կիրառմանը. «Համարձակորեն կարող ենք ասել, որ Բանկի կողմից առաջարկվող բջջային հավելվածները հայաստանյան տիրույթում ինովացիոն լուծումներ առաջարկող և բավականին լայն հնարավորություններ ապահովող բջջային հավելվածներ են, և բացի ներկայումս առաջարկվող ծառայություններից մենք նպատակ ունենք ապագայում առաջարկել նոր՝ ավելի ինովացիոն լուծումներ՝ սպառողին ավելի հարմարավետ և բարձրակարգ ծառայություններ մատուցելու համար», - նշեց Արտյոմ Ղազարյանը:
