Արցախում մարտի 11-ին ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Սարգիս Օհանյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ մարտի 11-ին ժամը 15:45-ի սահմաններում N զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի մարտական դիրքում ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Սարգիս Դավթի Օհանյանն իրեն ամրակցված նռնակի պայթունի հետեւանքով ստացած վնասվածքներից մահացել է:
Հանցագործության հետքեր, այլ նյութական օբյեկտներ հայտնաբերելու, ինչպես նաեւ դեպքի համար նշանակություն ունեցող մյուս հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի, Սարգիս Օհանյանի դիակի արտաքին, դեպքի պահին նրա հագին եղած զրահաբաճկոնի եւ հագուստների զննումներ: Դրանց արդյունքները բավարար հիմքեր են տվել ենթադրելու, որ նռնակը պայթել է Սարգիս Օհանյանի գործողությունների արդյունքում:
Դեպքի առթիվ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ինքնասպանության հասցնելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ եւ օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու համար։
