Քաղաքական կուսակցությունների հեռանկարը Հայաստանում պայմանավորվում է երկու կարեւորագույն իրողություններով. Արմեն Աշոտյան

Արմեն Աշոտյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
1. Անցումը խորհրդարանական հանրապետության կառավարման մոդելին քաղաքական դաշտում բացառիկ դերակատար է դարձնում քաղաքական կուսակցություններին՝ ճեղքելով նորագույն պատմության ընթացքում չափից ավելի անհատականացված քաղաքական համակարգերի ավանդույթը` մասնավորապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկու նախկին եւ մեկ գործող նախագահների առեղծվածային եռանկյունին: Այս ռազմավարական իրողությունը գիծ է քաշում նման քաղաքագիտական զարգացումների տակ՝ նոր մարտահրավերներ եւ հնարավորություններ բացելով քաղաքական դաշտում: «Իմ կուսակցությունը իմ ժողովուրդն է» կոնցեպտը այլեւս չի կարող կիրառելի լինել քաղաքական կյանքում, երբ նորացված Սահմանադրությամբ հստակ տարանջատվում են կուսակցությունը, որպես դերակատար, ժողովրդից՝ որպես «երկրպագու»:
2. Երկրորդ, մարտավարական գործոնը 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են, որոնք առաջին անգամ մեր պատմության մեջ դառնալու են իրականում երկրի ապագայի համար վճռորոշ ընտրություններ խորհրդարանին վերապահված քաղաքական ղեկավարման եւ որոշումներ կայացնելու տեսակետից: Եթե վերհիշենք Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավը, ապա ակնհայտ կդառնա, որ երկրի կառավարման նոր մոդելի դեմ կատաղի պայքար են մղել հենց այն քաղաքական շրջանակները, որոնց կուսակցական ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունները կամ այլեւս բացակայում են (նախկին Նախագահ Ռ. Քոչարյան), կամ գտնվում են ակնհայտ ազատ անկման փուլում (ՀԱԿ, «Ժառանգություն»): Ստեղծված իրավիճակում մրցակցային առավելություն են ստանում ինչպես կուսակցական գործունեության ամուր մեխանիզմներ եւ ավանդույթներ ձեւավորած քաղաքական ուժերը (ՀՀԿ, ՀՅԴ, ԲՀԿ, մասամբ՝ ՕԵԿ), այնպես էլ քաղաքական նոր լիդերության ամբիցիաներ դրսեւորող գործիչների շուրջ տարբեր աստիճանի հաջողությամբ բյուրեղացող նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունները («Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր», «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» եւ այլն):
