Ինչպես ազատվել բշտիկներից

Բոլորին հուզող հարցերից մեկն է՝ ինչպե՞ս արագ ազատվել այդքան տհաճ բշտիկներից: Դեմքի վրա բշտիկների առկայությունն իջեցնում է ինքնագնահատականը: Իսկ բշտիկների առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից է անկանոն սնունդը և մաշկի ոչ ճիշտ խնամքը: Որպեսզի վերացնենք բշտիկները և կանխենք դրանց հետագա առաջացումը, օգտագործենք հետևյալ սննդամթերքները մեր սննդակարգում և դրանցով սնենք դեմքի մաշկը:
Ջուր: Անհրաժեշտ է օրական խմել 8 բաժակ ջուր: Ջրի բավականաչափ օգտագործումը մաքրում է օրգանիզմը թույներից և նպաստում մաշկի վերականգնողական պրոցեսներին: Դեմքի վրա բարենպաստ ազդեցություն են ունենում 1 լ ջրի մեջ 1թ/գ կիտրոնի հյութի և 1թ/գ խնձորի քացախի լուծույթով ամենօրյա լվացումները:
Ձիթապտղի յուղ: Ձիթապտղի յուղը հարուստ է մաշկի ծերացման դեմ պայքարող վիտամին Е-ով, և վիտամին А-ով, որն արդյունավետ կերպով հարթեցնում է մաշկը: Դիետոլոգները շատ կարևոր են համարում սննդակարգում ձիթապտղի յուղի օգտագործումը: Իսկ մաշկը ձիթայուղով մերսելը նպաստում է երկար ժամանակ նրա խոնավ մնալուն: Որպեսզի ազատվենք բշտիկներից, պարզապես պետք է բամբակով դեմքը պատենք ձիթայուղով, որոշ ժամանակ անցնելուց հետ դրա մնացորդները մաքրենք անձեռոցիկով: Այս դիմակը կարող են օգտագործել նաև ճարպոտ մաշկ ունեցողները, քանի որ ձիթայուղը լավ ներծծվում է մաշկի մեջ և չի խցանում ծակոտիները:
Կանաչ թեյ: Կանաչ թեյը հիանալի միջոց է բշտիկներին հաջողություն մաղթելու համար: Հարկավոր է խմել կանաչ թեյ, որը ոչ միայն մաշկը խոնավ պահելու միջոց է, այլև պարունակում է կատեխին կոչվող տարրերը, որոնք հակաբորբոքային հատկություններ ունեն: Բացի այդ, կանաչ թեյը հայտնի է նաև իր հակաօքսիդանտ հատկություններով, որոնք մաշկը երկար ժամանակ երիտասարդ են պահում: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս կարող է կանաչ թեյն օգնել բշտիկներից ազատվելու հարցում: Կանաչ թեյը սառելուց հետո լցնում ենք սառույցի ֆորմաների մեջ և դնում սառցախցիկի մեջ: Իսկ հետո կանաչ թեյի սառույցով մերսում ենք դեմքը. սառույցը բարձրացնում է մաշկի տոնուսը, իսկ կանաչ թեյը հանում է բորբոքման պրոցեսները:
Ցորեն և ընկույզ: Ցորենը և ընկույզը հարուստ են սելենով, որոնք նպաստում են մաշկի վնասված բջիջների վերականգնմանը և արագ վերացնում են բշտիկները: Ընկույզն օժտված է օրգանիզմի համար շատ կարևոր չհագեցած ճարպերով, ուստի սննդակարգում պետք է կանոնավորապես օգտագործել ընկույզ, որպեսզի մեր մաշկը լինի հարթ և առաձգական: Կարելի է բշտիկների համար օգտագործել հետևյալ դիմակը` 2 ճ/գ ցորենի ալյուր, 1 մանրացված գազար, 1 ճ/գ ձիթայուղ, 1թ/գ մեղր: Դիմակը պահել մոտ 20 րոպե, որից հետո դեմքը լվանալ սկզբում՝ տաք, իսկ հետո՝ սառը ջրով:
