Դոնալդ Թրամփի բիզնեսը Բաքվում

Սուրեն Սարգսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մինչ Բաքվի «խոր և համապարփակ» ֆինանսա-տնտեսական ճգնաժամը, ալիևյան կլանը ներքին և արտաքին սպառման PR ակցիաներ էր իրականացնում, աշխարհին որպես «Կովկասյան Դուբայ» ներկայանալու չբավարարվող ամբիցիաներով: Այս ակցիաներից էին 10 մլրդ դոլար արժողությամբ առաջին Եվրոպական խաղերն` իրենց գունային պերճանքով ու համաշխարհային մամուլի քննադատության թիրախում հայնտվելու թշվառությամբ։ Դրա բացման արարողությանը Լեդի Գագայի 4 րոպե տևող հայտնությամբ և 1 մլն դոլար արժեցող հոնորարով։ Եվրատեսիլն իր շինարարա-նախագծային և կազմակերպչական ծախսերի ծավալով և եկամուտների անհամեմատ ցածր ցուցանիշներով:
Նման մասշտաբային միջոցառումների անցկացումը չափազանց թանկ հաճույք է: Եվրոպացիներն այս միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը հանձնեցին Ադրբեջանին՝ ելնելով մեկ սկզբունքային հարցադրումից: Արդյոք այս ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պայմաններում ո՞ր երկիրն ու ո՞ր ղեկավարը կարող են այդքան ապուշ գտնվել, որ ահռելի ֆինանսական միջոցներ կներդնեն, առանց եկամուտ ապահովելու: Պատասխանն ակնհայտ էր՝ միայն Ադրբեջանն ու Ալիևը: Ի ուրախություն մեզ և ի տխրություն ադրբեջանցիների, սա ալիևյան կլանի ապուշության միակ վառ օրինակը չէ:
Փայլուն օրինակ է ԱՄՆ նախագահի հանրապետական և առաջատար թեկնածու Թրամփի հյուրանոցի կառուցումը Բաքվում (Trump Luxury Hotel): Թվում է, թե հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարների արտաքին ներդրում է կատարվել, ինչը լուրջ խթան է Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության զարգացման համար:
Սակայն իրականությունն այլ է: Թրամփը Թրամփ չէր լինի, եթե եվրոպացիների օրինակով չօգտվեր ադրբեջանական ապուշության ընձեռած բացառիկ հնարավորությունից: Պարզվում է, որ Թրամփը հուրանոցի կառուցման համար մեկ ցենտ անգամ չի ներդրել: Ավելին, նա ընդամենը համաձայնել է, որ իր անունը հուրանոցի վրա փակցվի, որի համար տարեկան կտրվածքով իրեն գումար կվճարեն: Որպես նախագահի թեկնածու Թրամփը հայտարարագիր է ներկայացրել, որն ուսումնասիրելիս պարզ է դառնում, որ նա տարեկան 2.5 մլն դոլար է ստանում՝ ոչինչ չանելու համար: Հյուրանոցի իրական սեփականատերը Անար Մամեդովն է, Ադրբեջանի օլիգարխ տրանսպորտի նախարարի որդին, ով ճգնաժամի և հոր քաղաքական դիրքերի թուլացմանը զուգահեռ դադարեցրել է մի շարք ծրագրերի, այդ թվում Վաշինգտոնում ադրբեջանամետ կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսավորումը:
Սակայն սա ևս ապուշության գագաթնակետը չէր: Հյուրանոցի բացման համար կլորիկ գումար էր ծախսվել և Բաքու էր հրավիրվել Թրամփի դուստրը՝ Իվանկա Թրամփը: Այդքան փող ծախսելուց հետո Իվանկա Թրամփին այդպես էլ չէին կարողացել սովորեցնել, որ այդ երկրի անունը «Աժերբաժան» չէ, այլ ՝ «Azerbaijan» է:
Ի դեպ, Թրամփի հյուրանոցների պաշտոնական կայքում Բաքվի հյուրանոցը, որպես այդ ցանցի հյուրանոց ներկայացված չէ:
