Այսօր Ազգային ժողովի հերթական քառօրյային առաջին անգամ մասնակցել է ՀՅԴ խմբակցության անդամ Կարեն Շահմուրադյանը, ով փոխարինում է նախկին պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանին: Պատգամավորը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում չթաքցրեց, որ լավ հարաբերություններ ունի Սերժ Սարգսյանի փեսա Միքայել Մինասյանի հետ:

«Մենք մանկության ընկերներ ենք»,- ընդգծեց վերջինս: Լրագրողները նաև հետաքրվեցին, թե ինչպես է պատգամավորը ստանձնել պատգամավորական մանդատը, եթե «Կարկոմավտո» ընկերության սեփականատերն է, այսինքն՝ ունի խոշոր բիզնես: Շահմուրադյանը պատասխանեց, որ պատգամավորն իրավունք չունի զբաղվելու բիզնես գործունեությամբ, բնականաբար, ինքն այսօրվանից չի զբաղվելու բիզնեսով:

Նա նաև բացատրեց, որ այդ բիզնեսը ինքն ու եզբայրը ժառանգություն են ստացել, իսկ այժմ այդ բիզնեսով զբաղվելու է իր եղբայրը: Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես է պայքարելու այն պատգամավորների դեմ, ովքեր շարունակում են զբաղվել բիզնեսով՝ Շահմուրադյանը խոստովանեց, որ չգիտի պատգամավորների, ովքեր զբաղվում են բիզնեսով:

«Հստակ օրենք կա, օրենքը սահմանում է, որ մարդիկ, ովքեր պատգամավոր են ընտրվել, իրավունք չունեն զբաղվելու բիզնեսով: ԱԺ-ում չկան նման մարդիկ: Հնարավոր է, որ ունեն արժեթղթեր՝ ընդհանուր փաթեթի մեջ, սեփականատեր են, այսինքն՝ ակցիոներ են, բայց անմիջապես չեն զբաղվում բիզնեսով: Հակառակ դեպքում՝ դա հակասում է օրենքին: Ինձ չի թվում, որ նման մարդիկ կան»,- ասաց Շահմուրադյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը չի լինելու այնպիսի պատգամավոր, որը զուտ զբաղված է կոճակ սեղմելով:
