3. Հրաժարվեք կաթից և կաթնամթերցից: Կաթնամթերքի տեսականուց առավել օգտակար է պանիրը և կաթնաշոռը: Կաթի մեջ պարունակվող լակտոզան կարող է խնդիրներ ստեղծել մարսողության հետ կապված, որը լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ կառաջացնի նիհարելու ընթացքում:
4. Ընտրեք ճիշտ մրգեր: Կարելի է ուտել ցիտրուսային մրգեր, հատապտուղներ և խնձոր: Խուսափեք ֆրուկտոզայի մեծ քանակություն պարունակող մրգերից, ինչպիսին բանանմ է և տանձը:
5. Մոռացեք կծու ուտեստների մասին, քանի որ դրանք ախորժակը բացում են:
6. Մոռացեք նաև կոնսերվացված մթերքների մասին, որոնք մեծ քանակությամբ աղ, շաքար և այլ քիմիական հավելումներ են պարունակում:
