Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է լուծել մուրացկանության զբաղվող երեխաների խնդիրը

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում մարտի 14-ին տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ շարունակվում են անօթևան քաղաքացիներին համապատասխան կացարանում տեղավորելու ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները, որի շրջանակում շուրջ 100 քաղաքացիների արդեն իսկ ցուցաբերվել է աջակցություն: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
«Կացարանով աջակցելուց զատ, լավ կլինի, որ սոցիալական ապահովության վարչությունը հետամուտ լինի նաև այդ մարդկանց աշխատանքով ապահովելու հարցում: Այս ուղղությամբ ի՞նչ քայլեր է ձեռնարկել վարչությունը: Մենք պետք է լուծումներ տանք նաև այս հարցին. եթե տվյալ մարդն աշխատելու հնարավորություն ունի, փորձենք օգտակար լինել, աջակցենք նրանց: Օրինակ, այդ մարդկանցից ոմանց կարող ենք կանաչապատման ձեռնարկությունում աշխատանքի տեղավորել: Աշխատե՛ք այս ուղղությամբ՝ մոտ ապագայում ներկայացնելով համապատասխան քայլեր, որոնք ձեռնարկվել են ձեր կողմից»,- նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է ուսումնասիրել նաև մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող երեխաների խնդիրը: «Մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում մուրացկան երեխաներ չպետք է լինեն. սա ամոթալի և ցավալի երևույթ է: Սակայն ցավով պետք է նշեմ, որ պարբերաբար հանդիպում ենք նման երեխաների, ինչը մտահոգիչ է բոլորիս համար: Այս ուղղությամբ լուրջ աշխատանքներ տանելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: Երեխաների իրավունքների բաժինը պետք է ակտիվ համագործակցի քաղաքապետարանի սոցիալական, հանրակրթության վարչությունների, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության հետ: Փորձեք անել հնարավորը, որ այդ երեխաները ոչ թե փողոցում լինեն, այլ ինչպես իրենց հասակակիցները, գնան դպրոց, սովորեն, արժանապատիվ մանկություն ունենան: Այցելեք այդ երեխաների ընտանիքներ, տեղում ծանոթացե՛ք նրանց ընտանիքների պայմաններին, զրուցեք ծնողների հետ ու պարզեք այդ երեխաների փողոցում հայտնվելու բուն պատճառները: Լրջորեն զբաղվե՛ք այս հարցով»,- ընդգծել էքաղաքապետը:
