Պատրսատման եղանակը՝
Երեք ձուն շաքարավազով հարել: Ալյուրը, կակաոն և փոխրեցուցիչը առանձին խառնել: Ձվի զանգվածի վրա դանդաղ կերպով լցնել ալյուրի զանգվածը և խառնել: Թավան կարագով պատել, և այս զանգվածը լցնել մեջը: Դնել 180-190 C ջեռոցի մեջ 20 րոպե: Կաթսայի մեջ լցնել կաթը, ավելացնել կարագ, շաքարավազ: Դնել կրակի վրա և լավ խառնել: Երբ կարագը հալվի, ավելացնել կոկոսի փաթիլները, մինչև պինդ զանգված դառնա: Խմորը բաժանել երկու մասի, խմորի մեկի վրա լցնել սերուցք, ապա լցնել կոկոսի փաթիլների զանգվածը և խմորի վերևի շերտի վրա նույնպես լցնել սերուցք և դնել կոկոսի փաթիլների զանգվածի վրա: Գլազուրի պատրաստման եղանակը՝ Կաթսայի մեջ լցնել կաթ, կակաո, շաքարավազը և սերուցք: Դնել կրակի վրա մի քանի րոպե: Ապա տաք գլազուրն լցնել տորթի վրա և այն տարածել:
