ԱԺ-ն քննարկում է ԵԱՏՄ-ից ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ներկրվող ավտոմեքենաներն ԱԱՀ-ից ազատելու հարցը

Ազգային ժողովը սկսել է քննարկել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածքից ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ներկրվող ավտոմեքենաների վրայից ավելացված արժեքի հարկը հանելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը: «Ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը ներկայացրեց նախաձեռնության հեղինակ, ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարդան Այվազյանը: «Այս օÖ �ենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, որը մենք մշակել ենք կառավարության հետ համատեղ, մեկ նպատակ է հետապնդում: Մենք առաջարկում ենք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածքից ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ներկրվող ավտոմքենաների վրայից հանել ավելացված արժեքի հարկը: Գիտեք, որ այս նախաձեռնությունն արդեն արժանացել է կառավարության հավանությանը, և հիմա մենք այն պետք է վավերացնենք խորհրդարանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Այվազյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի հարցադրմանը, թե ե՞րբ է օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնելու, Վարդան Այվազյանն ասաց, որ այն ուժի մեջ կմտնի այն պահից, երբ ԱԺ-ում քվեարկությունից հետո ՀՀ նախագահը կվավերացնի և կհրապարակի: «Մենք այս նախագիծը քննարկելու ենք 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով: Ամեն ինչ կախված է նրանից, թե ինչ ընթացք կստանան քննարկումները: Երբ մենք կվավերացնենք այս նախագիծը, այն կստորագրի նաև ՀՀ Նախագահը, որից հետո նախագիծը կհրապարակվի և կմտնի ուժի մեջ»,- ասաց Այվազյանը:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը հետաքրքրվեց նաև, թե ի՞նչ է լինելու այն քաղաքացիների հետ, ովքեր մինչ այս պահը ԵԱՏՄ-ից ավտոմեքենաներ են ներկրել և վճարել են ԱԱՀ, Վարդան Այվազյանն ասաց, որ քննարկվող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը հետադարձ ուժ չի ունենալու: «Օրենքի այն տարբերակը, որը ես հիմա ներկայացնում եմ հետադարձ ուժ չի ենթադրում: Ինձ թվում է, որ մենք կառավարության հետ կքննարկենք այդ հարցը: Բոլոր դեպքերում մենք կարող ենք քննարկել այդ հարցը»,- նշեց Վարդան Այվազյանը:
Պատգամավորը նաև հայտնեց, որ 2015թ. ընթացքում ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ԵԱՏՄ տարածքից ներկրված մեքենաների ԱԱՀ գումարը կազմում է շուրջ 700 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ: Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդիկ ավելի շատ նախընտրել են վճարել ամսեկան 20 հազար դրամ ու մեքենան վարել այլ համարներով, քան իրականացնել մասքազերծում:
