Քննչական կոմիտեն Գյումրիում զինված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ բենզալցակայանի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ:
ՍՊ ընկերության աշխատակցից մարտի 14-ին գրավոր հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 01։00-ի սահմաններում, զինված հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել Գյումրի քաղաքի Մովսես Խորենացի փողոցում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի վրա։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի մարտի 14-ին, ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում, երեք անձ, որոնցից երկուսը դիմակավորված, զենքի գործադրմամբ ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Գյումրի քաղաքի Մովսես Խորենացի 25ա հասցեում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի տարածք, աշխատակցի նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով հափշտակել են ինչպես վերջինիս մոտ, այնպես էլ՝ բենզալցակայանի դրամարկղում առկա կանխիկ գումարը և հեռացել։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ գործղություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
