Չամիչով փլավը Զատիկի ամենասիրելի ուտեստն է բոլորի համար: Ես չգիտեմ այն զուտ հայկական է, թե ոչ, կամ միայն մենք ենք պատրաստում այս տոնին, թե ոչ, բայց որպես հայկական Զատիկի սեղանի կարևոր ուտեստ, հաճույքով ներկայացնում եմ Ձեզ:
ԲԱՂԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ
1.5 բաժակ բրինձ
1 բաժակ չամիչ
մոտ 1 բաժակ մրգաչիր (ծիրան, դեղձ)
0.5 բաժակ ծիրանի կուտ (կարելի է ավելացնել նաև պնդուկ, նուշ, հնդկական ընկույզ)
0.5 լավաշ
50գ բուսայուղ կամ 70գ կարագ:
1. Բրինձը լվանալ և եփել, 1 բաժակին 2 բաժակ ջուր հարաբերությամբ:
2. Թավայի մեջ լցնել բուսայուղը կամ կարագը և դրեք կրակին, երբ տաքանա, ավելացրեք չամիչը, կտերն ու չիրը և խառնելով այնքան թողեք կրակին, որ այն թեթևակի կարմրի և դեղնի, չամիչներն էլ ուռչում են:
3. Երբ բրինձն ու չամիչը արդեն պատրաստ են կաթսայի տակը ավելացնում եք կարագ կամ բուսայուղ, լավաշը բաժանում եք քառակուսիների (մոտ 6-7սմ) և թեթևակի կարմրացնում եք յուղի մեջ (այս լավաշին ավելացնում են նաև հարած ձու, բայց ես այդպես չպատրաստեցի, զատիկին առանց այն էլ ձուն շատ է :))))):
4.Այնուհետև բրինձն ու չամիչի խյուսը խառնում եք իրար ու լցնում լավաշի վրա, մի լավ գդալով տափակացնում ու նստացնում և կրակից վերցնում ենք: 5. 5-10 րոպե այդպես թողնում ենք մեր փլավը մնա, այնուհետև կաթսայի բերանի չափով մեծ ափսե ենք ընտրում, դնում ենք կաթսայի բերանին շուռ ենք տալիս, և մեր փլավը արդեն պատրաստ է մատուցելու:
