«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ոչ իշխանական օղորմածիկ եռյակի առանձին ներկայացուցիչներ, որ մնացել էին փետրվարյան քաղաքական պայթյունի հետեւանքով առաջացած փլատակների տակ, կենդանության նշաններ են ցույց տալիս:
Նրանք ոգեւորված են Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնած սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից. այսինքն՝ այդ փոփոխությունների առիթով ամեն ուրբաթ իշխանափոխություն անելու լուսավոր հեռանկարից: Ու հիմա, ինչպես միշտ է պատահել, առավել ոգեւորված ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ են խոսում, այլ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի այն ներկայացուցիչների դեմ, որոնք շաբաթը երեք անգամ իշխանափոխություն անելու իրենց վճռականությանը վերաբերում են որպես անեկդոտի ու չեն պատրաստվում Սերժ Սարգսյանի սահմանադրափոխության առիթով ինքնահրկիզվել Հանրապետության հրապարակում : Նրանց ասածն այն է, որ եթե որեւէ մեկը չի պատրաստվում հուժկու հանրահավաք անել եւ ամեն երկուշաբթի եւ ուրբաթ իշխանափոխության օր հայտարարել, ուրեմն ծախված է ատելի ռեժիմին, որովհետեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության գոյության ամեն օրը չարիք է Հայաստանի համար եւ օր առաջ պետք է ազատվել այս ռեժիմից: ՈՒրեմն բոլոր նրանք, որոնք էս իրիգուն կամ առնվազն՝ սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների առիթով իշխանափոխություն չեն հայտարարում՝ ծախված են:
Ու սա ասում են գիտե՞ք ովքեր: Նրանք, որ ամիսներ առաջ Մեծ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ մեզ առաջնորդում էին դեպի համազգային հուժկու իշխանափոխություն, չարիքի իշխանություն Սերժիկին տապալելու համար: Նրանք Մեծ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին հայկական Իվանիշվիլի էին կարգել, հայկական Սահակաշվիլին, հայկական Ստալին եւ Վլադիմիր Իլյիչ Լենին: Հետո, երբ Վլադիմիր Իլյիչը կամ ավելի ճիշտ՝ Գագիկ Նիկալայիչը հայտարարեց, թե իշխանափոխություն չի կարող անել, որովհետեւ վախենում է տնից դուրս գա ցուրտ եղանակին, որովհետեւ կարող ա հիվանդանա-մրսի ու ազգը մնա առանց առաջնորդ, անտեր-անտիրական, էս հիմիկվա ակտիվացածները տեղում մոռացան, որ Սերժիկի իշխանության գոյության ամեն օրը չարիք է հայ ժողովրդի համար, որ թեկուզ մի ժամ Սերժիկին հանդուրժողը ազգի դավաճան է եւ այլն»:
