Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում մարտի 14-ին տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետՏարոն Մարգարյանն անդրադարձել է  քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման գործընթացի մասին իրազեկմանը:

«Վերջին տարիներին մենք բավականինպարզեցրել ենք քաղաքաշինականփաստաթղթերի տրամադրմանգործընթացը: Փաստաթղթերը նաևէլեկտրոնային եղանակով ուղարկելուհնարավորություն ենք ստեղծել: Բայցմինչ օրս այդ եղանակով որևէ դիմում չիստացվել, ինչը փաստում է, որ մարդիկուղղակի տեղյակ չ են այդ մասին: Պետք էպարբերաբար իրազեկենք մերհամաքաղաքացիներին թե՛քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերիպարզեցման և թե՛ դրանք էլեկտրոնայինեղանակով ուղարկելու հնարավորության մասին: Մենք հնարավորին ամեն ինչ արել ենք թափանցիկությունապահովելու համար, մնում է, որ քաղաքացիներին լավ իրազեկեք, որպեսզի ապօրինություններն ուհողազավթումները բացառվեն: Պարբերաբար նաև ներկայացրեք հայտնաբերված ապօրինաշինություններիքանդման աշխատանքները և կիրառված տուգանքները, որպեսզի բոլորը գիտակցեն, որ ցանկացած ապօրինությունօրենքով սահմանված կարգով պատժվելու է», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցվել է նաև նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմված արձանագրությունների մասին:

Բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմվել է 2 վարչական արձանագրություն: Նույն ժամանակահատվածում հայտնաբերվել և ապամոնտաժվել է  նաև չգործող 6 կրպակ:

Չնախատեսված վայրերում կենցաղային, ինչպես նաև շինարարական աղբը թափելու դեպքերի հայտնաբերման ու կանխարգելման աշխատանքների հետ կապված զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ 2 շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմվել է 69 վարչական արձանագրություն: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է շարունակել այս ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներն ու հսկողության տակ պահել հեղեղատարներում կուտակված աղբի հեռացման գործընթացը՝ դրան զուգահեռ նաև հորդորելով քաղաքացիներին աղբը չնետել հեղեղատարների մեջ:

Արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթ նախկինում գույքագրված, մայթերին տեղադրված և քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը խոչընդոտող ապանոնտաժված գովազդային 16 վահանակների մի մասը տեղափոխվել է համապատասխան թույլատրելի տարածք, մյուսներն էլ  պահեստավորվել են:
