Լարսի անցակետում ԵՏՄ-ի համար առանձին անցակետ կլինի.«168 ժամ»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Անցած տարի ամռանը հայ բեռնափոխադրողները բավականին երկար ժամանակ էին կորցնում Լարսի անցակետում, որտեղ վրացական, թուրքական եւ այլ փոխադրողների հերթեր էին գոյանում: Լուծում գտնելու հույսով ՀՀ կառավարությունը դիմեց ԵՏՄ-ին՝ անդամ երկրների համար առանձին ռեժիմ գործարկելու առաջարկով: Դրանից հետո որեւէ արձագանք կամ պատասխան չի եղել, ՀՀ կառավարության անդամներն էլ այդ մասին չեն խոսել:
168.am-ը ՀՀ տրանսպորտի եւ կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ի՞նչ վիճակում են բանակցությունները, որեւէ լուծում հնարավո՞ր է: Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ աշխատանքներն այդ ուղղությամբ ակտիվորեն շարունակվում են:
«Մենք համատարած լուծումներ ենք քննարկել ռուս գործընկերների հետ, որ ինչքան հնարավոր լինի՝ ճանապարհի լայնացում լինի: Նախարարը բեռնափոխադրողների հետ քննարկել է, այն կողմից էլ լիարժեք պատկերացումը եւ ընդառաջ գնալու, խնդիրները լուծելու պատրաստակամությունը կա: Ոչ միայն առանձին անցակետ կլինի, մենք ուզում ենք լուծումներն այնպես տրվեն, որ այնտեղ առաջացող հիմնական խնդիրները լուծվեն»,- ասաց Ա.Առաքելյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ այդ տարածքում երկու սարի արանքում սեղմված ճանապարհ է, եւ մեքենաների հերթերն ավելի շատ գոյանում են՝ կլիմայից ելնելով, նաեւ գետն աշնանն ու գարնանը վարարում է, դա էլ է խնդիր ճանապարհի լայնացման համար. «Տեղում մի քանի անգամ եղել ենք եւ գործընկերների հետ լուծումներ ենք առաջարկել: Դա ոչ միայն հայկական, այլեւ ԵՏՄ բոլոր փոխադրողների համար առավելություն կլինի: Այժմ նախագծային աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում, բայց քանի որ իրենց տարածքն է, մենք չենք կարող ակտիվ ներգրավվել: Դրանց ավարտից հետո պարզ կլինեն ժամկետները»:
Հայաստանի բեռնափոխադրողների միության նախագահ Մակար Առաքելյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ճանապարհը լայնացնելու համար մեծ ներդրումներ են անհրաժեշտ, տեխնիկապես բարդ ու վտանգավոր է, պայթեցումների խնդիր կա: Ներդրումների արդարացվածությունը, ըստ նրա, կապված է փոխադրվող բեռների ծավալների հետ. «Ես կարծում եմ, որ իրենք պետք է զգան, որ Հայաստանն այդքան բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալներ ունի: Ձմռան պատճառով ճանապարհները հաճախակի փակվում էին, գարնան հետ կապված մեր արտահանումներն ակտիվանում են եւ ծավալները կմեծանան»:
