Լրագրողը հաղթեց դպրոցի տնօրենին

Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Վարդուհի Հովնանյանի, մարտի 12-ին կայացրած վճռով մերժել է Վանաձորի թիվ 8 դպրոցի տնօրեն Կարինե Ստեփանյանի հայցն ընդդեմ լրագրող Ադրինե Թորոսյանի, պատասխանող կողմում ինքնուրույն պահանջ չներկայացնող երրորդ անձինք «ԼՈՌԻ ԹԻ-ՎԻ» հեռուստաընկերության և «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի՝ պատվին, արժանապատվությանը և գործարար համբավին պատճառված վնասի հատուցման պահանջի մասին:
Դատարան ներկայացրած հայցադիմումով դպրոցի տնօրեն Կարինե Ստեփանյանը պահանջում էր պարտավորեցնել լրագրողին՝ վերջինիս հեղինակած լրագրողական աշխատանքներում («Լոռի» հեռուստաընկերության եթերով «Արդյունքում տուժել է դպրոցի բյուջեն» (մաս2)ռեպորտաժում և hraparak.am կայքում «Մարզպետը մտադրվել է երկրորդ դատն էլ պարտվել դպրոցի տնօրենին», հոդվածում) ըստ իրեն տեղ գտած՝ իր պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը և գործարար համբավը արատավորող, իր կողմից զրպարտություն որակված տեղեկությունները հրապարակայնորեն հերքելու, իսկ իր կողմից վիրավորանք համարված արտահայտությունների համար հրապարակայնորեն ներողություն խնդրելու իրենից՝ նույն լրատվամիջոցներով:
Նաև որպես փոխհատուցում պահանջում էր լրագրող Ադրինե Թորոսյանից հօգուտ իրեն բռնագանձել 3 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչպես նաև դատարան դիմելու համար իր կողմից արդեն վճարված պետական տուրքի՝ 4000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը: Նրա պահանջած 3 000 000 դրամ հայցագնի չափով դատարանի որոշմամբ արդեն երկրորդ տարին արգելանքի տակ էր լրագրողի հայրական տունը, որտեղ համասեփականտեր է նաև Ադրինե Թորոսյանը:
Սակայն դատավարության արդյունքում դատարանը հանգեց եզրակացության, որ լրագրողի հրապարակումներում դպրոցի տնօրենի վերաբերյալ ո՛չ վիրավորանք, ո՛չ զրպարտություն չկա, լրագրողն իր մասնագիտական աշխատանքն է կատարել՝ իր լուսաբանումներով տեղեկություններ հաղորդելով հանրությանը:
Լրագրողի դեմ ներկայացված հայցը դատարանը մերժել է ամբողջությամբ: Հայցի մերժման պայմաններում լրագրող Ադրինե Թորոսյանին 3 000 000 դրամի պահանջ ներկայացրած դպրոցի տնօրեն Կարինե Ստեփանյանն ինքը պետք է իր պահանջած գումարի համար 60 000 ՀՀ դրամ վճարի պետական բյուջե (գույքային պահանջով նախապես չվճարած 3 մլն դրամի 2% պետտուրքը): Սույն գործով լրագրողի շահերը դատարանում ներկայացրել է փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը:
