Հայաստանում մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնող բժիշկների մոտավորապես 68 տոկոսն աշխատում է միայն Երևանում.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Հայաստանում մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնող բժիշկների թիվը շուրջ 9 հազար է։ Նրանց մոտավորապես 68 տոկոսն աշխատում է միայն Երևանում։ Այս տեղեկությունը երեկ մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության պետ Սամվել Սողոմոնյանը։ Նա նաև մանրամասնել է, որ եթե մարզերում յուրաքանչյուր 10 հազար բնակչին բաժին է հասնում միջինը 16-17 բժիշկ, ապա Երևանում այդ ցուցանիշը 70 է։ Արդյունքում Երևանում կա կադրերի գերհագեցվածություն ու նաև ավելցուկ, իսկ ահա մարզերում բժիշկների խիստ կարիք է զգացվում։ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ հանրապետության տասը մարզերում ընդհանուր առմամբ եղել է 425 բժշկի պահանջարկ։ «Ներկայումս մենք միջին բուժաշխատողների, այսինքն բուժքույրերի, մանկաբարձուհիների, ատամնատեխնիկների պահանջարկ չունենք։
Ավելին ասեմ, մենք այս պահին Հայաստանում ունենք միջին բուժաշխատողների զգալի ավելցուկ, մոտ 3 հազար բուժքույրեր այսօր աշխատանք են փնտրում։ Բայց բժիշկների մասով պատկերը մի փոքր այլ է, բժիշկների մասով մենք ունենք կադրային գերհագեցվածություն և ավելցուկ Երևանում, և բժշկական կադրերի պահանջարկ և պակաս մարզերում։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ունենք այնքան բժիշկ, ինչքան մեզ անհրաժեշտ է, ուղղակի մեր խնդիրը բուժաշխատողների ոչ հավասար բաշխումն է»,– ասել է Սամվել Սողոմոնյանը։ «Եթե մեզ հաջողվի ներդնել այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ, որ Երևանում աշխատող բժիշկները իրենց մասնագիտական գործունեությունը փորձեն շարունակել մարզերում, մենք միանգամից բժշկական կադրային պահանջարկի հարցը Հայաստանում կլուծենք։ Ցավոք, դա շատ բարդ խնդիր է ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև ողջ աշխարհում»,– հավելել է նախարարության պաշտոնյան»,–գրում է թերթը։
