Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանությունների 40 տոկոսը բանկերին պարտքերի պատճառով է

Նավթի գների անկման հետեւանքով ադրբեջանական մանաթի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին երկրորդ անգամ արժեզրկումից հետո Ադրբեջանում մեծացել է բանկերին վարկային պարտքեր ունենալու պատճառով ինքնասպանությունների թիվը` կապված այն բանի հետ, որ դոլարային հաշվարկով ամսական վճարների չափը մեծացել է:
«Ազադլըգ» թերթը հայտնում է, որ 2016 թվականի սկզբից մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցած ինքնասպանությունների մոտ 40 տոկոսը բանկերին պարտքեր ունեցող քաղաքացիներին է ընկնում:
Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանությունների պաշտոնական վիճակագրություն չի անցկացվում: Սակայն, ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն, այս տարվա ընթացքում այդ երկրում արդեն 84 ինքնասպանության դեպք եւ 56 ինքնասպանության փորձ է գրանցվել: Փորձագետների կարծիքով` 84 ինքնասպանություններից 34-ը տեղի է ունեցել քաղաքացու «բանկային պարտքի» կամ «նյութական անկարողության» պատճառով:
«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայության հետ զրույցում հոգեբան Ազադ Իսազադեն հայտնել է, որ 2011 թվականից սկսած` Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանությունների թիվը մեծացել է:
Նրա խոսքով` Ադրբեջանում վերջին մեկ տարում ստեղծված տնտեսական ճգնաժամն ավելի է մեծացնում ինքնասպանություն գործելու ռիսկը:
«Ավելի վաղ ռիսկի խումբ մտնում էին անչափահասները եւ 55-60 տարեկան մարդիկ: Այժմ ի հայտ է եկել վարկերի հետ կապված խումբ», -ասել է նա:
Իսազադեն նաեւ նշել է, որ ամենաշատ ինքնասպանություններ տեղի են ունենում տվյալ խմբի ներկայացուցիչների մեջ: Նրա խոսքով` սոցիալական խնդիրներն ավելի են խորացնում այդ խնդիրը:
«Ցավոք, ինքնասպանությունները կանխելու համար միջոցներ չեն ձեռնարկվում: Մենք այդ հարցով զբաղվող կենտրոն կամ հաստատություն չունենք: Վիճակագրություն չի անցկացվում, մենք չգիտենք ինչպիսին է վիճակը շրջաններում: Իրական հետազոտություններ չկան, մենք կարող ենք հաշվելի միայն այն, ինչ տրամադրում է մամուլը: Մենք տեղեկություն չունենք նաեւ ինքնասպանությունների պատճառների եւ բնույթի մասին», -հավելել է ադրբեջանցի հոգեբանը:
Ադրբեջանում ինքնսպանութունների թիվը վարկերի պատճառով մեծանալու մասին հայտնում է նաեւ modern.az լրատվական կայքը` նշելով, որ դա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ դոլարային հաշվարկով ամսական վճարների չափը մեծացել է:
Ադրբեջանի առողջապահության նախարարության հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոնի տնօրեն, Ադրբեջանի բժշկական համալսարանի հոգեբանության ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր Ֆուադ Իսմայիլովը «Թրենդ»-ին հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանում տղամարդիկ 3-4 անգամ ավելի հաճախ են ինքնասպանության դիմում, քան կանայք:
«Ազադլըգ» թերթն այդ առնչությամբ գրում է. «Ինչքան սա պետք է շարունակվի: Ինչպես երեւում է` բանկերին բոլոր պարտք ունեցողների ինքնասպանությունից հետո Ադրբեջանում ոչ պարտք ունեցող կմնա, ոչ էլ ինքնասպանության դիմողներ»:
Ադրբեջանում 2,5 միլիոնից ավելի մարդ պարտք է բանկերին: Վերջին մեկ տարում մանաթի փոխարժեքի գրեթե երկու անգամից ավելի արժեզրկվելու պատճառով նրանց մեծ մասը չի կարողանում մարել պարտքերը:
