ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը մարտի 16-ին ընդունել է ֆրանսիական «Վեոլիա» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներ, գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ տիկին Մարիկա Գերակիին և միջազգային կապերի գծով հայաստանյան ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Ֆրանսուա Լա Ֆորեին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից, ընկերությունը, նկատի ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ոլորտում հայտարարված մեկ վարձակալի ընտրության մրցույթը` առավել հաճախակի է դարձրել իր այցելությունները Հայաստան, թե ընթացիկ աշխատանքների որակի վերահսկման, և թե ապագա մրցույթի նախապատրաստման հետ կապված:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են հատկապես վարձակալության տրվելիք գույքի հետ կապված հարցերը: Կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը կարևորել է և հյուրերի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել գույքի կառավարման ուղղությամբ պետության կողմից վարվող քաղաքականության վրա, որ գույքը, որպես պետական սեփականություն, շարունակաբար լինելու է պետության ուշադրության կենտրոնում թե ներդրումներ կատարելու, թե արդյունավետ շահագործելու առումով:

Արամ Հարությունյանը  միաժամանակ ֆրանսիական կողմի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է այն խնդիրների վրա, որոնք կարևորվում են մրցույթի արդյունքում: Այն է՝ նոր գործընթացները լրացուցիչ բեռ չպիտի ավելացնեն ջրօգտագործողների վրա, շահագործումը, կապիտալ ծախսերը, ներդրումները պետք է պլանավորվեն և իրականացվեն գույքի արդիականացման, սպասարկման տարածքի ընդլայնման, շահառուների կարիքների բարելավման նպատակով, պետք է էականորեն բարելավվի ջրամատակարարման որակը:

«Վեոլիա» ընկերությունը «Երևան Ջուր» կազմակերպության միջոցով  իրականացնում է Երևան և Եղվարդ քաղաքների ու մայրաքաղաքամերձ 29 գյուղական համայնքների ջրամատակարարում և ջրահեռացում:
