Շուկայական ԱԺ-ն. Բեզինի գնից Ռենուարի կտավը մի քայլ է

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր ՀՀ պառլամենտը հիշեցրեց Հին Արևելքի շուկաներից մեկը. բոլորն աղմկում էին՝ փորձելով ամեն գնով «վաճառել իրենց ապրանքը» և ամեն միջոց ձեռնարկում էին ապացուցելու, որ իենց ապրանքն ամենալավն է, իրենք՝ ամենաարդարը: Պառլամենտական քննարկումներն ունեցան մի քանի կուլմինացիաներ:
ԱԺ-ում քննարկվում էր ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի 2016 թվականի տարեկան գործունեության ծրագիրը: Հարակից զեկուցող Վարդան Այվազյանին հարց ուղղեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. «Հիմա ձեզ համար պա՞րզ է՝ ինչ է կատարվում բենզինի շուկայում: ՀՀ-ում բենզինն ավելի թանկ է, քան Վրաստանում»: Այվազյանը ոչ տարավ, ոչ բերեց ու համաձայնեց Փաշինյանի այն մտքի հետ, որ հարևան երկրում բենզինն ավելի էժան է, սակայն դժվարացավ տալ համոզիչ և հաստատուն փաստարկներ:
Նիկոլը հակադարձեց. «Բա, մենք էլ գիտենք, որ իշխանություններդ գիտեք ամեն ինչ ու չեք ասում, որ մեր տրամադրությունը չընկնի. Շաբոյանը համարյա չգիտի, դուք՝ չգիտեք, բա ո՞ւմ դիմենք»: Այվազյանը բարկացավ. «Մեկ է՝ ասենք-չասեք, դուք գիտեք՝ ըստ ձեր հավաստի աղբյուրների, բոլոր հարցերով պրոֆեսոր եք»: «Պրոֆեսորը դո՛ւ ես»,- բղավեց Փաշինյանը:
Հրանտ Բագրատյանն իր հերթին փայլեց՝ Այվազյանին հարց տալու սկզբում հազիվ զսպելով ծիծաղը. «Կուրծքներդ ծեծելով պաշտպանում էիք Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունները: Չի կարելի թքել, չիշիկ անել Սահմանադրության վրա: Ես ձեզ ընգերավարի ուզում եմ խորհուրդներ տալ»: Բագրատյանը հայտարարեց, որ գազի և բենզինի գները չեն իջնում, քանի որ 2013թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ին պայմանագիր է ստորագրվել և հիմա շուկայում գնային փոփոխությունները չեն կարող ազդել գործող սակագների վրա: Գործընկերներից հետ չմնաց նաև Նարիա Զոհրաբյանը: Նա անդրադարձավ հայաստանյան շուկայում ապրանքատեսակների գների «կամայական» բարձրացումներին և, դիմելով Արտակ Շաբոյանին, ասաց. «Հնարավոր է, որ մի օլիգարխ՝ Ռենուարի կտավից ոգեշնչված, ցանկանա այդ օրը գների բարձրացում կատարել, ինչը, իհարկե, աբսուդր է: Խնդրում եմ՝ այդ պոետական հատվածը ձեր զեկույցում ներկայացնեք՝ «ներքին զգացողությամբ» գները չի կարելի բարձրացնել»: Ըստ Զոհրաբյանի՝ ԱԺ դահլիճում նստած շատ պատգամավորների խանութներ «տերյանյան հուշիկ քայլերով», 20-40 դրամով բարձրացնում են ապրանքների գները:
