Ալերգիաները, վարակները, ծխելն այն հիմնական գործոններն են, որոնք առաջացնում են թոքերի որոշ տեսակի հիվանդություններ և խանգարումներ։ Եթե ունեք թոքերի հետ կապված խնդիր, հատկապես բրոնխիալ կամ սրտային ասթմա, ապա ժողովրդական բժշկությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս հետևյալ բաղադրատոմսը, որի պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ բաղադրիչներն են՝
• 0,5կգ կարմիր սոխ
• 0,5կգ շագանակագույն շաքարավազ
• 2 միջին չափի կիտրոն
• 1,5 լ ջուր
• 7 ճաշի գդալ մեղր։
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Շաքարավազը լցնել մեծ տարայի մեջ և դնել շատ թույլ կրակի վրա։ Խառնել՝ մինչև այն դառնա գեղեցիկ ոսկեգույն։ Ավելացնել կտրատած սոխը և եփել ևս մի քանի րոպե, ապա ավելացնել ջուրը։ Խառնուրդը եփել՝ մինչև մնա ջրի 1/3-ը։Վերցնել կրակից և թողնել սառչի։ Ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութն ու մեղրը, լավ խառնել և պահել այն մեկ գիշեր։ Հաջորդ օրն այն լցնել ապակե շշի մեջ։
Այս խառնուրդից պետք է խմել 1 ճաշի գդալ՝ ուտելուց առաջ և հետո։ Կրկնեք այս պրոցեդուրան՝ մինչև թոքերի վիճակը կբարելավվի։ Երեխաները պետք է օգտագործեն 1 թեյի գդալ՝ ամեն ուտելուց առաջ։
