Ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանը նորից ստորացրեց մեզ.«Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուս-թուրքական չարաբաստիկ պայմանագիրը հակահայկական պայմանագիր է: Սա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մեջ, թերեւս, ամենասեւ էջն է: Մենք պետք է իմանանք, որ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը՝ ռազմավարական դաշնակից, բայց պատմության մեջ գալիս են պահեր, երբ պետք է վերապահ մնաս եւ իմանաս, որ դու ես քո խնդիրը լուծողը, դու ես տարածաշրջանում եղանակ ստեղծողը, եւ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը պետք է գա եւ հարմարվի քեզ»,-մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել է է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը:
«Մեզ՝ հայերիս համար այդ պայմանագրի անունն իսկ վանող է եւ տգեղ, եւ իմ խորին համոզմամբ, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մեջ, թերեւս, ամենասեւ էջն է: Ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ ինչպես ակադեմիկոս Լենդրուշ Խուրշուդյանը ճիշտ կասեր, դա Հայաստանի հերթական բաժանումն է բոլշեւիկյան Ռուսաստանի եւ քեմալական Թուրքիայի միջեւ: Այս փաստաթուղթը առ այսօր, ցավոք, մնում է ուժի մեջ, թեպետ այն անօրիանական է, որովհետեւ երկու անօրինական, ապստամբական ռեժիմների միջեւ է կնքվել. եւ՛ բոլշեւիկյան Ռուսաստանը, եւ՛ քեմալական Թուրքիան միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված չէին: Այսօր այն մնում է ուժի մեջ, եւ պատահական չէ, որ օրերս Ռուսաստանի կողմից մերժվեց այս պայմանագիրը չեղարկելու վերաբերյալ Պետդումայի կոմունիստ պատգամավորների առաջարկությունը:
Ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանն այսօր էլ այդ պայմանագրից չի հրաժարվում»:
Ո՞րն է ռուս-թուրքական պայմանագրի դասը:
2011թ. մարտի 16-ին` այդ պայմանագրի 90-ամյակի օրը, Մոսկվա ժամանեց Էրդողանը եւ հանդիպում ունեցավ Մեդվեդեւի հետ, պայմանագրի տեքստը եւ լուսանկարը՝ կնքման հետ կապված, փոխանակեցին երկու երկրների ղեկավարները: Այն ժամանակ ասել եմ, նորից կրկնեմ: Ես մամուլի ասուլիս հրավիրեցի, բողոքեցի դրա դեմ, որ ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունը մի՞թե այն ժամանակվա խորհրդային Հայաստանի արտգործժողկոմ Ալեքսանդր Բեկզադյանի ոգին չուներ, թափը չուներ, ով Մոսկվայում բողոք ներկայացրեց Ռուսաստանի ժողկոմխորհի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Լենինին, թե ինչո՞ւ առանց հայերի մասնակցության կնքեցին այդ չարաբաստիկ պայմանագիրը՝ ոտնահարելով մեր ազգային իրավունքները: Մենք պետք է այն ժամանակ պաշտոնապես բողոքեինք, որ դա հակահայկական պայմանագիր էր, եւ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանը ինչ-որ իմաստով, թեկուզ բարոյական տեսանկյունով նորոգելով այդ պայմանագիրը՝ նորից ստորացրեց մեզ, եւ ինչո՞ւ հենց մարտի 16-ին. սա ի՞նչ մոտեցում էր»:
