Քիչ առաջ կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում: Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Նոր Նորք վարչակա շրջանում` Գայի պողոտայի վրա` «Երևան Սիթի»-ի հարևանությամբ գտնվող տարադրամի փոխանակման կետում հրազենի գործադրմամբ փորձել է ավազակային հարձակում կատարել: 

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տականքը չի հասցրել իր սև գործն ավարտին, սակայն մի քանի կրակոցներ է արձակել տարադրամի փոխանակման կետում գտնվող աշխատակցի ուղղությամբ և Mercedes-ով դիմել է փախուստի:

Այս պահին դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության մեծ թվով աշխատակիցներ` վարչության պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արտակ Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տեղում են նաև ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 2-րդ վարչության աշխատակիցները` վարչության պետ Արայիկ Մգոյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տեղում աշխատում է նաև ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը` բաժնի պետ Արմեն Վաթյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի մեծ թվով քննիչներ` բաժնի պետ Արամ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավոր աստիճանը` առաջին պահից դեպքի վայրում է գտնվում նաև շրջանի դատախազ Ալեքսանդր Աղայանը: 

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները տարադրամի փոխանակման կետում հայտնաբերել եմ Մակարով տեսակի ատրճանակից արձակած 5 պարկուճ և 2 գնդակ: 

Կրակոցի արդյունքում վնասվել է նաև ВАЗ 2107 մակնիշի 947 ԼV 61 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի աջ կողային դուռը: Ավտոմեքենայի տակ էլ հայտնաբերվել է գնդակ:

Այս պահին ժամանեցին նաև ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության աշխատակիցները: 

Փաստի առթիվ տեղում քննչական բաժնի պետ Ա. Հարությունյանի կարգադրությամբ հարուցվեց քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետի, 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: 

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ միջոցառումներ` հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու և այն կատարողին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավ որությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
