Գյումրիի և Վանաձորիի տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման ուրվագիծը

Ինովացիոն ոլորտի զարգացումը Հայաստանում ակնհայտ է: Պետական և մասնավոր սեկտորի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը տալիս են իրենց ցանկալի արդյունքը: Այս գործընթացին զուգընթաց կարևոր է ոլորտի զարգացումը ապահովել հնարավորինս համաչափ: Այդ նպատակով ծրագրերը կենտրոնացած են ոչ միայն մայրաքաղաքում, այլ նաև մարզերում: Այդ ծրագրերից մեկը վերաբերում է Վանաձորին և Գյումրիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարաններին:
Դրանց զարգացմանն ուղված ծրագրերը կնպաստեն Երևանի ու մարզերի միջև անհամամասնությունների կրճատմանը, գործարար և ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավմանը, փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի խթանմանը,Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզերի սոցիալ-տնտեսական հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը։
Մարզային քաղաքների զարգացումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի ոչ միայն կրճատել վերջիններիս և Երևանի միջև սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման անհամամասնությունները, այլև բարձրացնել դրանց դերը որպես տնտեսության տարբեր բնագավառներում մրցակցային առավելություններ ունեցող տարածաշրջանային կենտրոններ` ապահովելով տարածքային անհամաչափությունների համահարթեցումը և արդյունքում` երկրի կայուն տնտեսական աճը:
Գյումրու տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնում տեղակայվել են 23 տեղական և օտարերկրյա կազմակերպություններ: Կենտրոնի առկա կիրառելի տարածքի զբաղվածությունը կազմում է 99%: Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ստեղծվել են 120 նոր աշխատատեղեր:
Վանաձորի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի զարգացման այս տարվա ծրագրով տեղի կունենա առնվազն 100 տեխնոլոգիական մասնագետների պատրաստում և վերապատրաստում, առնվազն 10 թիմերի և ընկերությունների համար բիզնես աջակցության և խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների տրամադրում:
Մարզային զարգացման գործընթացը հնարավորություն կտա լուծել մի քանի օրակարգային հարց: Կարևոր է, որ պետության կողմից տրվող աջակցությունն իրականացվի բարեխղճորեն:
