Ինչպես նիհարել ակտիվ ածուխի միջոցով

Ակտիվ ածուխը պատրաստվում է քարե և փայտե ածուխից, կենդանիների ոսկորներից և անգամ ընկույզի կեղևից: Շնորհիվ իր ծակոտկեն մակերևույթի՝ այն իր մեջ է կլանում օրգանիզմի թունավոր նյութերը, հիվանդածին միկրոօրգանիզմները, դեղային մնացուկները, ջուրը, շլակները: Սակայն օրգանիզմից հեռացնում է նաև օգտակար նյութերը՝ վիտամինները, միկրոէլեմենտները, հանքանյութերը, ուստի պետք է կիրառել մի քանի շաբաթից ոչ ավելի:
Ակտիվ ածուխն օրգանիզմից հանում է «աղբը», բայց ոչ ճարպերը: Այսինքն՝ այն նիհարեցնել չի կարող, սակայն սպորտով զբաղվելու և ճիշտ սնվելու հետ զուգահեռ կօգնի հրաժարվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից:
Ածխային դիետա. կա այսպես կոչված ածխային դիետա, որը տևում է 10 օրից ոչ ավելի և ունի պարտադիր պայմաններ՝ պոլիվիտամինային դեղորայքների պարտադիր կիրառություն, ամբողջովին հրաժարում աղի և յուղոտ սննդից, քաղցրից: Ածուխը պետք է ընդունել օրական 3 անգամ՝ ընտրելով այս երեք մեթոդներից մեկը:
1.Դիետայի առաջին օրը պետք է խմել 3 հաբ, հաջորդ օրերին՝ մեկական հաբով ավելի, մինչև հաբերի քանակը չհավասարվի նիհարողի քաշի ամեն 10 կգ-ին՝ մեկ հաբ չափաբաժնին:
2.Դիետայի ընթացքում պետք է ամեն օր ընդունել 10-ական հաբ՝ մի քանի հաբ որոշակի ընդմիջումներով:
3.Պետք է ճշգրիտ հաշվարկ անել՝ նիհարողի մարմնի ամեն 10 կգ-ի հաշվով ընդունել մեկ հաբ 0,25 գ ծավալով: Այսինքն՝ 80 կգ քաշով մարդն օրական պետք է ընդունի 8 հատ ակտիվ ածուխ՝ տարբեր ժամերի:
Ակտիվ ածուխը հակացուցված է ստամոքսային արյունահոսության, խոցային կոլիտի դեպքում: Կարող է առաջացնել ալերգիկ ռեակցիաներ, փորկապություն, աղիների խանգարում: Այն նվազեցնում է այլ դեղամիջոցների, հակաբեղմնավորիչների ազդեցությունը:
